[Resolved]  Nestaway Technologies — rent issue

Sir i have been staying in this nestaway property from past 1 years. There services are very poor as they don’t resolve the complain and automatically close the. You can see so many services are present there, even ever now and the they charge for some or the other thing even they play with the electricity bill. One day i saw the bill was of some other amount and they always ask so much from me stl i said nothing i payed the bill. But this time this issue is very big. Firstly they have not even serviced the a c from there side and started to take rent from the month of feb. Who uses ac in feb nd that to the a c is not even serviced which is there responsibility, still they asked they will visit the property after corona then remove the bill nd now the maine issue” sir from past 2 months i have been continuous asking them to change room to a single bed as my brother who was staying with me have moved out and previously there area manager said it was possible, from previous 2 months i have been raising request to change it bt everytime they ignore or the say it is not possible as the rent will be reduced which they don’t want, i being a working person, how long will i fight with then so i some how paid the bill but a person earning 18k nd they ask me 13k and only they are concerned with money nothing else, you also know the condition in corona i dont even have my salary nd from past 2 months i payed 13k bt now from where i will pay nd all this is there fault as i have been asking from 2 months bt they are not doing anything, but still i had a conversation yesterday and i told remove the rent for this month and next month i will ask one of mt frnd to stay with me and you will divide the rent they said no you have to pay, from past long i have been asking to help me to change then they were not there and know they just want money, i even said i will move out as i dont even have my salary and you people have disturbed me a lot in every thing so they said i will call you back later and now they mentioned that the issue is resolved so kindly pay the bill even they are putting 100rs fine everyday for not paying the bill... Sir please help me out i really want to tell the people about there services and even i have many friends who have gone through all this... Sir this is a very bad company and pls look at my request please. I have been disturbed a lot
