[Resolved] Nestaway Technologies — rent payment not updated and asking for due,fraud company

I have paid my rent on 1st november 2017, still my rent is not updated in dashboard and they are asking me to pay due along with the rent amount, i have called them 5 to 6 times still they are telling they will let me know and one of the guy is telling me the finance team has not received the money yet. I transferred through neft and when i call to bank they are telling me the amount has transferred to the beneficiary account. I will attach the screen shot of my transaction.
