Detailed note: I was to move in on 10th june, but still no action from your side has been taken till now and till now i have not been able to move in.
Due to your negligence i have had to stay in hotels and had to pay hotel bills myself.
I have had enough of it.
Your customer service is a joke and they do not solve any issue.
