Nestaway Technologies — Security deposit money not returned

I had rented a 1bhk flat through nestaway on 1st january 2020, for the security deposit of rs 37, 000.
Now the flat has been directly taken up by the owner, nestaway is supposed to return the entire security deposit to the tenants as the owner already sent the full amount to nestaway.
Fresh rental agreements will be made with the security deposit with the owner and the tenant without the presence of the agent i. E nestaway.

Nestaway has only returned rs 14, 000 and a remaining of rs 23, 000 has to be returned.
Also they have not provided the breakup of why the money has been deducted.
It has been an absolute unpleasant experience with nestaway
Request to nestaway to return the remaining amount at the earliest.
