I moved out of the house on 31st December 2020. The inspection was to be conducted on the same day by your personnel.
The house is under "Instant Refund Policy", and it's been 1 month, and no news about the said refund.
I've already put up a Service Request (CC_[protected], which is being displayed as "Non-IDR Case".
Kindly note, there has been no reply to the Service Request.
When putting forward the same issue in Google Play reviews, I got the same reply every time " Hi Abhinav! we are truly sorry about this experience.
Thank you for sharing the service ticket details with us, our team will connect with you ASAP." (This was last on 10th December).
Today I had a word with Customer Care twice (Mr. Suresh Kumar and Mr. Vinod) and they tell me that the money is to be given by the Owner to Nestaway and then to me.
So that means I'm stuck with around 20k with Nestaway, bcoz I only deal with Nestaway.
The area manager is Mr. Yasin Sayed, and he is too busy handling his Instagram than his job.
I suggest you look into the matter.
Kindly reply to this email/service request or call me, but please fix a date as to when I'm to get my refund.
Please note that the money is to be used for some big payments that are due.
