Nestaway Technologies — Security Deposit Not Refunded since December 2020

I moved out of a NestAway property on 17 December 2020. First, the company did not send any executives to take the handover on the scheduled move out date and I had to go to their HSR office to handover keys, and they still charged me one day of rent for December 18, 2020 stating I didn’t vacate property on the right date.

Now it’s been 5 months since I moved out and they have still not returned my security deposit, every time I speak with their executives, Manjula R and Vijay G, they say it’ll take one more week. They are purposely holding back my deposit and not returning on grounds that the owner has not returned the money. Please help as the company is scamming tenants.
