Nestaway Technologies — security deposit refund - balance amount

Hie am salva, i have moved out from 511, maruthi sadan apartment, somajiguda, hyderabad 500016 under nestaway on 24th may 2020. As per the rental agreement i should get back full refund amount of security deposit rs.15, 750/- but unfortunately till now i have got partially refund of rs.4, 417/- on 22/05/20 and one of rs.5, 444/- on 30/05/20 which is today. So, the total as of now i have only got rs.9, 861/- from 15, 750/-. I hope the remaining balance amount of rs.5, 889/- will be refund asap. Just making the points clear because i have been waiting since long time.. It’s been now more then a month i’m following up with customers support and despite raising service request and sending emails for the same but haven’t received any proper reply from the team.. After complaint several times also haven’t resolve this issues... I want to resolve this issues..

Pls kindly clear the balance amount asap. I have also attached the snap which has a prove of amount i supposed to be get back and the transaction details which i have got so far from nestaway..

I have also attached the conversation snap of service request. Since more then a week i’m getting same reply from your customer support “kusuma” he/she doesn’t reply back with other details.. Please take it in serious note. And request you to refund the balance amount of 5, 899/-r. S. Asap or else i won’t have option rather then filling a case against fake promises and mental tensions.

Please respond asap and clear this issues i’ve been waiting since more then a months to get my refund..
