Hi team This is regarding nestaway ramamurthy nagar bagalur mansion apartment. I have vacated the flat 4 july and completed the painting work from my side. After spending all money still they haven't refunded the money. Raised customer ticket for the same and nobody is responding to that its been more than 15 days ticket is not resolved. I have been having same issue with nestaway. Its been a month that I have vacated the flat and have received no updates from nestaway. I have written several mails with no response. There is no other way to act upon this than escalating this legally. All the people who are facing this issue can come together and lodge a complaint in their district consumer courts.
