Nestaway Technologies — Security deposit refund not received.

Have moved out of flat on Sep 2nd 2020.
Today is 28 Dec, still security deposit is not recieved.

Have raised service request twice.

1. Raised first request on 14 Oct, 2020. In response to first request they said they have made the refund. But did not share any transaction details. I did not recieve a single penny.

2. Raised 2nd request on 17 Nov, 2020. Noone has responded to this day. Request is already escalated to level 4. Still no response.

I tried to call on nestaway cust care ([protected]) countless times, but nobody picked up.

I am attaching screenshots for both service requests.

Please respond Nestaway.
