Nestaway Technologies — Security Deposit refund not received even after a month | |||||
I was staying in Nestaway for more than 2 year and they took 3 months rent in advance from me in the beginning. Now I have left the flat more than 4 weeks back and still I haven't received the security deposit refund and more over after all inspection done now they have started putting unnecessary charges on my name to not return the refund amount. Even they are not replying to my emails and service requests. This is a complete case of fraudulent. I have a complete video recording of the flat while moving out which states that everything was perfectly fine up and running and in complete working condition in the flat. They are showing wrong information in their Mobile and web app stating they will instantly refund the security deposit when we move out. Along with this I'm putting some screen shots as well where we can see how they are harassing people with unnecessary charges without any bill/proof after moving out to restrict the security deposit refund. Here is my service request ticket numbers CC_08437808 and CC_08435328 with Nestaway in which they are not responding and helping me. If you guys can take a fine for late payment irrespective of any situation then we consumers also have the right to ask for the same if payment is getting delayed.
