[Resolved] Nestaway Technologies — serious security threat in nestaway accommodation | |||
I moved into a nestaway property on 5th may without knowing that the flat is full of issues. After the first day of moving in, i realised the balcony doors do not have locks, taps in the bathrooms and kitchen are not working, geyser in the bathroom doesn’t work, flush tank in the master bedroom bathroom doesn’t work, electricity trips off if the fan in the hall is put on 5 speed, can of put on 5 speed makes sequeaky noise and is ready to fall down and there’s seepage issue in the kitchen. Needless to mention, cockroaches are living with us in the flat. Despite raising multiple tickets for each of these issues, not a single issue has been resolved till day. Area manager doesn’t answer the calls and looks extremely disinterested in his job not resolving my issues. Customer service department does nothing apart from getting frustrated (Not sure why they get frustrated when i’m facing the issues) and suggesting to raise tickets. I would like to vacate this house in a month’s time and get a full refund of the security deposit though there is a 6month lock in. I can’t compromise on my security nor my family members by living in a house which doesn’t have locks to the doors. I want someone out there (Hoping there is someone sane looking into this issue) to consider this request and arrange for a full refund of my deposit and i will vacate next month. I have no hope that nestaway will address the existing issues nor do i recommend them to anyone. I read horrible reviews about nestaway and still made the worst decision of my life by moving in. But i strongly recommend everyone to never use nestaway and every existing tenant, please find an alternative and get rid of this torture asap. Is there an actual human being at the top management level to escalate this to? As i am tired and frustrated talking to these customer care arringanti robots who doesn’t know anything apart from saying “ok”, ”sorry to hear this”, “i understand “, ” i raised a ticket” “we will send a multi talented technician”. I bet you will not hear anything apart from these words. Please tell me if there is anyone i can talk to at the talk management level,?,??? Was this information helpful? | |||
