[Resolved] Nestaway Technologies — services and off boarding | |||
I'm owner of a property in bangalore. The worst decision i took in my life was to have a agreement with nestaway. I thought, nestaway will provide necessary services required to tenants and me, without killing my time. As per the agreement, i agreed and paying 12.5% commission every month from the rental amount but still, i have to spend so much of time for the follow ups & reminders. Even i'm owner and paying the commission, there is point of contacts to reach and have to rely on the customer care who can't do anything other than opening tickets and suggest to open a ticket in nestaway app. The worst experience was with the tickets opened in the app which will be autoclosed / responds same message (Such as in progress, working on etc). Finally, i fed up with the services and want to terminate the services and rasied the request. Its been 2 months and still there is no progress, after opening back to back tickets, calls and emails.
