I have recently moved out of the PG and the refund Settlement Report is falsely charging me for
1. Bathroom Shower repair (we had no shower when we moved in)
2.Unpaid utility charges during move out (There were no pending utility charges, and I moved out myself without help)
3. The inspection guy is not picking up the phone and avoiding the calls
4. He has uploaded an inspection video of a washing machine. Our house does not have any washing machine.
