Nestaway Technologies — The area manager did not show up

I had a visit scheduled today. The area manager called and confirmed the visit 3 hrs before the visit. When I reached the place, neither the area manager nor any of the existing tenants showed up. The area manager kept his phone busy and did not even answer the phone. After waiting for one hour he still did not come and just messaged to come the next day. This is so unprofessional on his part. This was really disappointing.
