Recently i decided to stay in noida near my office to save time. I decided to go with nest away and after checking the images and talking to the sales manager i booked the room and paid 16500 including 2 months security deposit i. E 10000, 1-month rent i. E 5000 and onboarding charges i. E 2000 and schedules my move in date 5th november, on 5th, the verification guy called me and said i will not be able to come to ghaziabad for your verification so we will do it on monday at your office, he came and get the verification done. I moved in on monday at 8:00 pm. As i entered the room, i was shocked to see that a slum would have been better than this. Wall damp everywhere, there is no toilet seat on the commode and there is no pipe in the washbasin, and most of all there is not handhold tap and jet in the commode.
Now the problems are as listed:
Geyser not working.
No toilet seat on commode.
No jet spray or hand hold tap on the commode.
The washroom was dirty like hell.
There was a dead lizard in the washroom cupboard.
Dirt everywhere, even on the floor.
The kitchen was dirty like hell.
The sofas in the hall area were missing or taken over by the other tenants.
Now i want to cancel the agreement so they are saying that they will deduct the rent for the days i stayed as shown on the website 5th nov but the actual date is 6th now and the onboarding charges and according to the website they are paying back 13500, they are deducting almost 4000 rs for a night stay.
