Nestaway Technologies — Unethical business practices regarding renting of homes | |||||
Last month i booked a house for my family in nestaway (providers of rented homes in bangalore) and paid the whole deposit. I was supposed to move in that house on 31st of the july, 2016. meanwhile on 29th july i called the area manager of the aforesaid house for a visit before my move in but he didn't picked up my call. then i call their customer care and ask them to schedule a visit for that house but they were unable to do so. On the moving date i got a call from nestaway that somebody is already living there and they won't be providing that house. I asked them to provide an another house in the same location and they came up with a house with 1 bathroom with small size bedroom which was not expected. Now they are making continuous mails and msg regarding rent payable for the month end july, 2016. Neither they are refunding the money nor providing a proper house to live. I'm a family guy living with old parents it's not possible for me to make them travel on a frequent note. Was this information helpful? | |||||
