Nestaway Technologies — Unjustified charges being levied | |||
I have taken rented room from nestaway in Noida and as my organisation provides work from home, I stay in the flat very rarely, I haven't visited flat since 15 December 2019. But in February they added Rs 2582 to my dashboard for some utility charges which they paid to society because of some communication gap with owner. Now if the conflict was between you and owner, then sort it out with the owner, why would I pay charges for your mistakes, they just divided the amount blindly between us 4 tenants, saying that the paid amount is being consumed as electricity charges. If I'm not staying the flat, why would I pay for electricity charges and on top of that they are adding hefty penalty which has made the charges to around 6k, despite of dispute ticket being opened and being rejected by them everytime. And to my surprise, two or three days back they added Rs 1175 as "Maintenance Service moveout charges". I have no idea where are these charges coming from. This is not first time they added unjustified charges. Around six months back they added around 1500 Rs to all the tenants when one of the tenants requested a service.They added amount to all tenants, without getting their approval for same. I called nestaway customer care, everyday single day for a month, to get those charges removed. In nutshell nestaway is just looting the tenants and mentally torturing them.
