Nestaway Technologies — Unnecessary additional charges are added in my dashboard | |
Hello nestaway, One of my roomate vacated the nestaway house and after that nestaway has conducted move out inspection and they have added 3587 amount to be paid in my dashboard which contains paintings, fridge cleaning, fans, switches and all. I have attached the bifurcation in screenshot. When i asked them that when i came in the house everything was in the same condition and i am living in the same house from last 1yr and inspections were conducted before also but they haven't charged anything at that time and suddenly they have charged me this much amount. I have approached nestaway call center people regarding this and asked them for what reason i need to pay then nestaway so called call centre people told me they cannot help me in this and contact area manager for this. When i contacted area manager i have explained the same things and he said to raise sr and send him the sr details so that he can speak with nestaway people. When i have raised the sr and sent the screenshot to him and after that continuous calling him, he is not picking up my calls nor giving answers on my messages and that amount is still getting reflected in my dashboard. I am getting clear your dues messages before 4th july 2020. Can you guys help me on this? Thanks Was this information helpful? | |

They have now started charging me fine of 100rs for delay. Area manager is also not picking up call. I want the issue to get resolved asap. I don't know how to reach nestaway people. This is so unprofessional behavior towards tenants. You are just looting money for no reason.
