Nestaway Technologies — Unnecessary and unknown charges on my move out settlement bill

Hi team,

So, today was my move out date from nestaway room 302, building MNR Arcade, kasavanahalli.

I had chosen inspection time today between 12 to 1 pm as i have flight in the evening.
I waited till 1:45 pm but no body showed up to do the inspection.
I have take videos and photos of the room at the time of moving out that can be used to compare if found any damages during inspection.I have left the house in better condition than I moved in.

Now second and most important thing.
I want to know why there is a charge of rupees 30715 show on my settlement statement. Its says is my previous rent? Does it mean i haven't paind for last two months?

Also i had received a automated settlement mail from nestaway which didn't have this amount mentioned. Attaching the pdf for reference.
Could you please let me know the correct final settlement amount?

I have had not so good experience with nestaway service as i have always found delay in the response.

And now they have put multiple unknown random move out utility charges on my dashboard which i have no clue why they are charging.

32000 rupees is too muchh for a common person.
I cannot create a service request as there is not allowing me.
There support center is shut dow.
They dont reply on mail.
There property manager doesn't attend call or reply to messages.
No one is answering.
Please help.!!!
