Nestaway Technologies — unprofessional behaviour | |||
Dear nestaway, I was supposed to move in yesterday i. E.[protected] at 5pm and a person named rajat khanna ([protected]) was supposed to assist me in that. Not only did he not contact me, but also when i contacted him, he disconnected the call and did not pick up again. I was furious to say the least. But the misery had just started. I did not have the keys so i had to stand outside like an # waiting for someone to open. Now i enter the room which was supposed to be ready by then and apparently i have to pay 1000 rupees for the same. The brilliant room had: 1. Lights that did not work, 2. A t. V set which had half its screen broken, 3. An air conditioner which doesn't work, 4. A toilet with a broken flush, 5. A geyser which does not work, 6. Power sockets that do not work, 7. Dirty bed sheets and cupboards, 8. A bathroom with a broken mirror. All that for just 1, 000 rupees and 16, 000 rupees in advance! I am thankful to you all for so many troubles.
