Nestaway Technologies — Unwarranted Fine on utility bill which have not been notified to me | |||
- Utility bills are sent once in 3 months and there are no notifications to it. - As a customer I am not aware of the bills generated till the end of the month when they send the notification of payment of rent along with the fines. - They have promised to rectify the issue when complained in feb/march2020 but no action was taken. - Post covid-19 there was no response on the tickets raised to report the grievances and they closed them mentioning the customer is not reachable. They have put daily fine which is unheard of and wasn;t unwarrented as there are no notifications for the same. - As per policy the company doesn;t charge any move out charge in case the tenent has lived for more than a year this was confirmed by one of the agents on call and they had informed they will remove the charges. In my case they have charged 3080. - i have vacated the flat 12/9.2020 and I am yet to get my deposit amount returned. Please find the bills attahed for your ref.
