Hi, i have re-opened a ticket regarding my washing machine maintenance 3 days back and since morning your customer care guys are just bluffing about assigning a vendor and when i called the vendor he is saying that no ticket has been assigned to him. When i confirmed this with them they said that the vendor will be assigned asap and its been 4 hours since that call now i have again called the customer care now they are saying that the vendor is not yet assigned.
Are you making a fool out o[censored]s?
What kind of a service are you providing here?
I have already told you guys that i need to repair this machine by today as i have a flight on friday and you guys just keep on bluffing to repair it by today.
Seriously shame on you guys, not at all reliable service.
Pathetic customer service, pathetic response.
Even previously this issue was not resolved. Not at all expected from nest away.
