Nestaway Technologies — Worst sales & aftersales, service non clearance of my security deposit | |||||
Nestaway has the worst service being it the sales team, after sales or whatever. I have stayed in one their property, so will start with their sales team first. I took a complete room and i was told i would be getting the complete room including furniture, cupboards, etc at the time when i was shown this property but later when i moved in all the cupboards were locked except one by the landlord. When i complained and raised a ticket i was told the owner has his own stuff lying there and my complaint ticket went to resolved after giving this message. Also i was told the lock-in period for this property is 4 months and when facing all these issues when i decided to move out i gets to know that the lock-in period is now 6 months and just for the sake of saving my 2 months security deposit i had to stay there for another two months. Finally after i decided to move out on 28-may-2017 and i was told i would be getting my security deposit within 5–10 days of my move-out. I am still awaiting my security deposit after numerous calls and emails to nestaway, still couldn’t get a confirm date on which i would be receiving my security deposit.
