[Resolved] Nestaway Technologies — worst service ever | |||
My friend and i rented a nestaway property in noida sector 137 on october 2nd. We were assured that we would get the flat in a good condition but there were many issues with lights, plumbing, electricty, and appliances. When we complained to nestaway area manager (Amit), he suggested us to request service from nestaway website which according to him will be done at free of cost as we were not responsible for the damage. But after the issues were resolved we are receiving mails and calls frequently saying that we have to pay the bills for those services. More over these issues were not completely resolved. Area manager asked us to pay 1180rs to transfer 1 unit from back up to main to increase the capacity of meter to which he said we will get a refund immediately. But neither we got any refund nor the issue is resolved. Customer care services are very poor they keep postpoining everything. Was this information helpful? | |||
