[Resolved] Nestaway Technologies — worst service or customer support ever | |||
There was no one at the property when i booked my first visit. Thankfully the neighbors helped me take a look and i liked a house. I paid all of what was needed (Token, rent, sec deposit etc) and my move in date was 10/13. I checkin with the assigned agent 4-5 days before the move in date to make sure cleaning and rearrangement is on schedule but nothing was. I had to tell the agent a list of things i need in order to be able to move. I visit the property on my move in date (Failed to do any planning to move my stuff from other property since they didn't care about my planning at all) with literally no progress at all on any front. Imagine if i trusted nestaway and planned to get a truck load of stuff to the new property which is not even ready to stand in a corner, i would've been doomed. So i canceled the booking on the same day as my move in day since the house wasn't even close to getting ready. I canceled the booking on 10/13 and waited till 10/24 till i start following up on my refund. Since then till date i've been calling everyday to get an update on what's happening and they keep giving me a new story every single day. This is super frustrating and getting to my nerves every day. Was this information helpful? | |||
