@NestawayHomes is the WORST rental service out there. I moved into a so-called 'fully furnished' flat on 15th Sept, after confirming with their area manager Mr. Banu Prakash. They took a non-refundable convenience charge of 35K, and what did I get? A NIGHTMARE! Filthy house, broken appliances, fungus-covered mattress and curtains – absolutely NOTHING was in working order. Despite discussing this for weeks, they delivered a garbage dump of a flat! The refrigerator was broken, the gas stove was old, TV and washing machine were dysfunctional – everything was a mess!
We had to pay from our own pockets to fix things like deep cleaning, replacing remotes, and even renting a new bed and mattress. It's been over 1.5 months and they still haven't reimbursed us! Mr. Banu is the most unprofessional person, making false promises to the owner and lying about extra maintenance charges without even consulting us. To top it all off, they let my electricity get cut off because they refused to provide my customer ID for 3 months! I had to pay the bill myself just to get the power back on.
Nestaway is a scam! DO NOT TRUST THEM! I demand this company be shut down immediately. They bleed customers dry while delivering the worst service possible. Avoid @NestawayHomes at all costs!! #ShutDownNestaway #WorstRentalExperience #ScamAlert #NestawayFails"
