[Resolved] Nestaway Technologies — wrong charges | |||
I have stayed in at pathik vihar tower - a flat no : 804 sector-62 noida via nestaway technologies. My moving date is 3 feb 2019, every electric appliance was working at time of leaving, i have shown everything to my area manager mr. Hemant yadav [[protected]]. He asked me now you can leave then i left after my leaving he put washing machine is not working comment in my full and final settlement document. When i asked him, he said please call customer care and create a work flow then some body came and cross check then we will refund you that 2500. I called a manager mr. Manish parmar [[protected]], he said do not create a work flow order, if hemant says that the machine is working fine then i will remove this change. Now my question is here, what hemant was doing during inspection, why he was wasting my time there. Few people from nestaway realy do not work well that is why this firm is getting in fame. I really will not avail any service of this firm in future. I dropped an email regarding this issue to nestaway owner mr. Jagdish jagdev, he is such a nice person, he always help his customer. Only hope i have is he only. Mr. Jagdev, i know, you are a busy person, but please keep an eye on your employees who are try to destroy your business due to their bad habbits.
