Nestaway Technologies — wrongly charges amount | |
I am tenant of nestaway from 1 year or long but now things are becoming worst as the maintenance are not getting time service request are not taking seriously. Major issue came when i was charged unnecessarily They have charged the elevator amount (Utility bill cost) and put in my dashborad and asking me to clear the due but the same charges we have paid to our owner directly and it was already informed to nestaway when move-in. It is also informed by nestaway that the payment need to be paid to owner by the tenant and we have done the payment to owner on time but nestaway put the same amount to my dashboard and asking to pay the due amount and charged the fine on the same amount and now the amount become rs. 9k per tenant as the customer care guys spoke to owner regarding the same but no action taken till date. And the request raised 3 4 month back. They have deducted the amount from my security deposit when i moved out from nestaway. I dont know what happen to nestaway nowadays things are getting worst.
