[Resolved] Netmeds — delayed in service and poor customer service | |||
Date of incident - 26/05/2019, On 26 may 2019 I ordered some heart medicine from netmeds mobile app. That time it shows me the delivery date as 28th may. But when I called their customer care on 28th may they told me that it will be delivered to me by EOD . When I did not receive the order till evening again I called thh customer service and now they told me that the order cant be delivered until 30th and on the above that they will compensate me of 150 rs for the delay. I wrote a mail to the company CEO but still there is no response. The response is SORRY and they just cant help anything more on it. Was this information helpful? | |||
