This is in reference to my order dated[protected] under order no nms[protected]a which i have never received but your website is showing delivered irrespective of the fact that the tracking no ex37006178in of india post is still showing pending at post office. Without confirming from india post you are showing it is delivered. It is pertinent to mention here that i have already taken up the matter with your customer service executives but of no avail first raised a ticket under reference no (# nme[protected] dated 29th august 2018 and later another ticket was raised under reference no (# nme[protected] dated[protected].
