[Resolved] Netmeds — refund not received | |
Order id nms[protected] Order date 02/04/2019 Prepaid order Amount deducted ₹978.88 One product was out of stock. So they have to return ₹294 As their payment partner i. E. Razor pay, they started refund process from 03/04/2019. After some days on razorpay website it is showing refund successful and it will take 5-7 days to complete. But it is now 17 days and i don't get my money I complained to netmeds customer care after their due date passed. But they are telling computer language that they sent me my money. I have to check my account statement. After i sent them my account statement on '[protected]@netmeds.com', but next day they are saying we sent you your money go to your bank and file a complaint. What is meaning of online transactions if my money get stuck at some company, where they are asking me to go running to complain and waste my time. Why don't you choose some reliable payment gateway and what about my money? Was this information helpful? | |
