I installed the Netplus broadband on dated[protected]yesterday) plan499and paid Rs.2950/- but net is not activated yet. I have made complaints many times to the local operator.He came and ask me to restart the modem after 1/2 hr. But all is vain. And Net is off. Till now there is no moment.I am in loss of my work. Please take quick action .

      Today i recharge my net plus broadband id no.[protected] with name shyam lal verma through google pay i paid amount rs 707.00 on 2 aug 2021 at 7.12 am with upi trans[protected] which was showing succesfully in favour of [protected]@icici but after paying my amount i wait for 15 minute and inform to customer care for updation they provide consent to get it resolve in 30 minutes after waiitng 2 hours again i call customer care they said it will resolve till 2 pm again no changes in my id inactive and i also mark mail to customer [protected]@netplus.Co.In but still no changes till 10.15pm
      kindly help to get it resolve my kids school live classes and me already waste my whole days, thanks

          My customer I'd is [protected] on AMAN NAME, , , REGISTERED MOB NUMB, .. [protected]

          I apply for IPTV service I update my pack 70 MBPS into 200 Mbps pack my pack is change but he don't give me IPTV ... Customer care provide me request number for IPTV 15604, , , and provide me local operator number in bathinda whose contact is [protected] he pick up my call and said I don't know anything u call on this number [protected] he pick up my call once and now never pick up my call again ... I call many workers no one accept my call ... I REQUEST FOR IPTV ON 25 JULY 2021 AND TODAY IS 29 SHAME ON YOU ... TODAY IS LAST DAY TOMORROW MORNING AND REMOVE MY NETPLUS MODEM BECAUSE I HATE HIS SERVICE

            Hi Team

            I am Komal Sood my customer id is 3489341, as my operator Mr Rajdeep is not answering my phone calls and my text mesaages. I have asked him to send me the bill on monthly basis but he haven't shared till date. I have paid my bills but not received any confirmation.
            Please look into the issue and resolve this asap.

              In april, while paying the amount got deducted 2 times, from then customer care is saying that we will Refund the second payment as DD, till now i have not received the DD.

                I have taken 6+1 wifi student plan on[protected] with a total payment of Rs 4300 to my previous area operator Mr. Amit ji (mobile no. :-[protected])...But no receipt or no specific details concerning the date upto which date it will remain active was being provided...After that i have shifted and my previous plan was shifted to my current address and Rs 200 for shifting was taken and now my current area operator is Mr. Joy Khanna ji ( Mobile Number:- [protected])...Now they have deactivated my account vide consumer no- 3654489 on[protected]i.e before due date i.e[protected] and demanding extra 800 rupees...

                  I installed broadband on 30th of June, 2021, From last 1 week, the internet is not working properly in my area due to which my work is getting compromised. A red light showed on our modem from the last few days on my local service man not picking up the phone.

                    I am Barinder Singh, r/o #86 village Sarangpur, Chandiagarh 160014. I have installed the broadband on 4th of July, 2021, and from then only one day it worked properly and then showing LOS red signal. My local operator are not picking up the phone, and I contact the customers care everyday but there is no action happened, they just said your issue will be resolved in 4-6 hours.

                    I request you to solve my problem as they take 3535 rupee for the 5 months and no service is provided to me.

                            Hi my customer ID is 2494130, I am continuously facing bad network from last 2 months. I have been raising complaints frequently but there is no improvement. I have asked the contact number of Nodal officer but your customer care refused to give the same. My office work is getting hampered and because of that my job is at stake. If this problem is not sorted out I will be forced to take the matter to consumer court

                              Netplus has issues with providing services (several outages and have no backup to maintain continuity for customers) however the cherry on cake is that there is no one listening. Customer care representatives doesn’t listen to problem and simply hangs up. The request to speak with supervisor falls on deaf ears

                              This is not how any service provider can behave.

                                  From beginning of ist day .. internet connection is very bad...the connection is unstable as many apps show.whenever we send complaint about it ..no service is being provided..when we join our class in zoom app...the connection becomes very slow..We cannot join the class due to these issues..
