Security deposit refund issue

Its been time since I closed my excitel connection in the month of November 2023 still excitel is not returning my security amount which is disgusting my user id is [protected]. They completely don’t care just keep on saying device is under inspection....

Regarding Inability to provide service and refusing to refund amount

I had excitel fibre connection installed in my flat on 4th February 2024 for which I had paid Rs 3582.82 in full for a 6 months plan. But since the connection has been installed, I am continuously facing issues and the company is making me talk to their customer care executives without any proper resolution.
They had sent their technician but they were also not able to resolve the issue.

No refund on security amt Rs. 2200 after 96 days

Since more than 50 hours there is no internet connection only false promises are made no solutions..a guy name santosh from chembur, mumbai is the guy who is appointed to make false promises and bring connection for them..and once you get connection he is vanish like ..mr.India ...no solution I am exhausted. .with fake promises....

Since more than 36 hours there is no internet connection only false promises are made .behavior of staff is very rude..yet my problem is not Solved, they failed to solved problems. Need some strict action should be taken so nobody else suffered....

Security Amount Refund Related

Not refund my payment

Maine excitel ka one year plan liya tha jo ki 30 nov 2023 ko complete ho chuka hai and maine same day connection terminate karwa Diya.lekin co. Se na hi to koi device collect kar rha hai na hi meri payment refund kar rha hai aur call ka bhi koi response nhi deta AAP koi Aisa no. Ya site btaya jisse mai jaldi se jaldi apni payment refund karwa saku ....

Security Refund

More than 5 months have already passed since Excitel team picked up my device but still I didn't get my security refund. I called excitel customer care and raised tickets so many times over the app too but nothing happened....

Non refund of security amount

Faulty device company not changing the device or also not refunding the amount

EXCITEL DEVICE FAULTY SINCE 4 MONTHS, TICKET RAISED BY US 4 MONTHS BACK.

Every week there is no connectivity. Ground team time is 10am-6pm so if you are working so forget it. They will make you wait for whole week. They dont even refund the security deposit. From last 2 years we have been facing issue every week. They dont change the router as well. Customer support lies that we are sending ground team but no one comes. Not Funding the Security Deposited Money

I was using the excital boardband connection in between the periods of my plan, and your ERP got terminated and stopped the internet service. Due to this reason, I was not able to access the internet service. Also, the device was handed over to ERP on May 28th, 2023, which has been intimated to the Excitel Help Desk over email.

Please refund my security and partial amount as soon as possible; it has been 120 days and no refund...
