I, My 247 Services Pvt Ltd, residing at Ground Floor, F-3, Sector 8, Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, 201301, would like to file a formal complaint against Excitel Broadband for failure to provide the service I have already paid for.
I had subscribed to Excitel’s 6-month 300Mbps plan and made the payment of ₹ 3894.00 on 09-Oct-2024 at 17:18:25 (Payment Reference: xc-payin-Delhi-67066d7c7634e). At the time of payment, I was assured that the installation of the internet connection would be completed within a reasonable timeframe.
However, it has now been 7 days since the payment was made, and despite multiple follow-ups with Excitel’s customer support team, the installation is still pending. This delay has caused significant inconvenience, particularly as I rely on a stable internet connection for my business operations.

Despite numerous requests, no progress has been made, and no information has been provided regarding the status of the installation.
I kindly request the consumer court to take action and instruct Excitel Broadband to either:
Complete the installation within 2 days without any further delay, or
Issue a full refund of the payment made for the service.
I trust your office to address this matter and assist in resolving this issue. I am attaching all necessary documents, including the payment receipt and communication with Excitel, for your reference.
Excitel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
