Due to not installed on time I have cancelled the connection and requested for Refund the money.. But its been more than One month Still they are not refunding the money
And Customer care people are not answering for the delay.. they keep on asking me to wait for 1 day, wait for 1 day

As per rule of refund policy
I have to submit my Excitel ONU Device and refund process initiated but last 12 days before suddenly company change refund policy and say refund will get after 90 days. I paid amount for Excitel new connection on 11/09/2022. They promised on same day connection and I paid 2000 rupees for security deposit for router and for yearly connection of 200 mbps amount paid is rupees 5664. They did not install any router or I never get the service from Excitel.

I requested for Refund of my whole amount 2000 + 5664 = 7664 rupees, till now no one connected me and did any refund.

I took excitel broadband one and half month back... Took a package of 400mbps for one year... But till today never saw that speed and atleast every alternate day I'm facing network issues... And their team could never solve the problem... Worst ### they have... I don't know how to survive with this network for another 10 and half months...

I have taken prepaid 3 months for the 300Mbps plan with OTT subscription, as per the service provider/sales executive they mentioned its of plan with Hotstar subscription and for 3 months I paid but its been like a month still i have received the OTT details and called customer care multiple times almost like 30-40 times but still no update and the worst part is with the Helpdesk they are saying like they don't have that plan only.

Paid INR 6999 for 1 year to Excitel Broadband on 9th June 2022 with assured speeds of 400 Mbps.

However, since day 1, speeds have never crossed beyond 130 Mbps. Raised several complaints with Excitel customer care but till date the issue has not been resolved.
Almost 25 complaints have been raised in the past 30 days and everytime the complaints are closed by their customer service without actually resolving the issue.br...

Worst service. I will not recommend anyone for excitel. According to the executive of the company their local service provider does not heed to the company's directions. Repeated complaints of malfunctioning of wifi since installation has fallen to deaf ears. The device was already returned in the month of Apr 2022. However the company is failing to refund the security Amount of INR 2000. I have raised ticket several times and also tried following up.     I have never seen that kind of customer support team which excitel have pathetic, irritating, irregular. Ticket 9565710 Refund last 27th of July I was submitted my bank details to excitel as per procedure after submission of bank details within 10 day you get ur refund, but still I haven't receive yet.

    Hi Team,
    I request for shifting the connect. But as per Excitel Broadband procedure. They first terminate the connection then shift to new Location.
    For this I already submit Router to the Excitel centre on 29th June 2022.
    It’s been 50 days I’m waiting for the refund.
    I also Shared my bank details manually for refund procedure.
    Still I’m not getting any update or refund.
    Kindly refund my Deposit money as soon as possible. So, I can continue this in my new location.
    Everyday i need to call them they are saying they working on urgent basis but nothing done from their side.
    I raised ticket multiple times nothing happened.
    It’s already 50 days long everyday i need to call and trying to mail them but nothing happening.
    I wanna my refund please.
