Shifting

I raised a shifting request on 2nd oct 2025 but still it was not shifted, i also raised so many complaints telephonically on customer care, i didn't use their connection since 21 days. but no one is there who listen this and solve the issue on priority.

Termination of broadband services

29/4/2025 - An Excitel employee messaged me on Whatsapp stating that they issued a notice against me for not returning the router after terminating my connection. The issue for termination of connection was that in Jan, '25 there was a service outage for more than 3 weeks. I have registered compliant regarding fraquant disconnection on dated 31.12.2024 but on till date no on visit to chack the complaint or no one in-trusted to resolve the complaint

    Router

    I am getting legal notice from the Excitel that I need to pay INR 25000 for their router, as I haven't returned their device and It's harrasment to their agent according to Excitel.
    Router was burnt in fire accident which I have conveyed to customer service several times and I cancelled the connection therafter as I relocated.
    I have patiently explained the scenario every time the agent contacted.

    I, My 247 Services Pvt Ltd, residing at Ground Floor, F-3, Sector 8, Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, 201301, would like to file a formal complaint against Excitel Broadband for failure to provide the service I have already paid for.

    I had subscribed to Excitel’s 6-month 300Mbps plan and made the payment of ₹ 3894.00 on 09-Oct-2024 at 17:18:25 (Payment Reference: xc-payin-Delhi-67066d7c7634e). At the time of payment, I was assured that the installation of the internet connection would be completed within a reasonable timeframe.

    However, it has now been 7 days since the payment was made, and despite multiple follow-ups with Excitel’s customer support team, the installation is still pending. This delay has caused significant inconvenience, particularly as I rely on a stable internet connection for my business operations.

    I trust your office to address this matter and assist in resolving this issue. I am attaching all necessary documents, including the payment receipt and communication with Excitel, for your reference.

      I have broadband connection in Badarpur Delhi in the name of Parveen Sharma, Registered Mobile No. is [protected]. From last 1week there is no connectivity. So many time complaints are lodged at company's customer care no. but not resolved till now.

      I want refund but they said their is no refund policy and said only 4 hour for internet connectivity yet their is not internet till date .

      I am fed up with this internet connection, they are not giving refund and no internet connection . who will bear the losses against the same. we request you please help to get refund against this connection

        Excitel company don't repare my wifi wire the policy of company is solve the issue between 4 hours but I'm waiting for 3 days but on one can listen my problem, , , customer care also don't receive my issue.
        I'm a student and I'm suffering very hard condition because due to this reason my study don't be done.

          After confirming with local vendor i have shifted to new home which is not more than a km from my previous home.Now the vendor is informing that it is not feasible for him to give the connection.I have recharged a 6 month plan and its not more than 20 days . Excitel team is not processing my refund and asking me hto reshift to there feasible zone

            It's been three days, and my internet is still not working. Interestingly, no one from Excitel has called to address my issue. I've been making multiple calls daily, but every customer care representative asks for more time and mentions that they have escalated it to higher management.

            All I want is a refund. This is my second complaint, and my previous issue took 15 days to resolve. I've faced these two problems within just 1.5 months.

            Please let me know the procedure for refunding my money. I cannot continue with this unreliable service. If they do not refund my money, I will not return their modem.

              I got an Excitel broadband connection on June 1st. When the technician arrived for the installation, I instructed him to place the wiring in my living room, which is the center of my home. However, he installed it in the hall instead. As a result, I do not get proper signals in all three rooms, and the connection disconnects very frequently, which is hindering my work. I raised a request on June 2nd to move the connection from the hall to the living room, but this ticket has not been addressed yet. I have added multiple comments and called their customer care, but the issue remains unresolved.

              I would like to request a refund. Please help me.

                  Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to bring to your attention a matter of grave concern regarding the non-refund of my security deposit amount by Excitel Broadband Service. My account ID with Excitel Prepaid Broadband Service is [protected] by the name of Pawan, and I was a subscriber to their broadband service from 11th March 2022. My prepaid broadband account service was expired on 15th November 2023 and due to consistently poor service experienced over the duration of my subscription, I made the decision to terminate my subscription and applied for disconnection on 11th December 2023. The disconnection was finally executed on 26th December 2023. As per the company's policy, a security deposit of Rs. 2000/- was deposited at the time of connection, which is refundable upon disconnection of the broadband service. All necessary equipment, including the device with charger and box, patch cord, and cable wire from the pole, were returned to Excitel Broadband Service on 26th December 2023. Despite fulfilling all requirements for the refund of my security deposit, I have yet to receive the amount. I have made numerous attempts to follow up with Excitel Broadband Service regarding the status of my refund, contacting their service center on multiple occasions. However, I have only received assurances that the refund will be processed soon, without any concrete action being taken. Given the circumstances and the failure of Excitel Broadband Service to fulfill its obligation to refund my security deposit within a reasonable timeframe, I am left with no choice but to seek assistance from your esteemed authority. I kindly request your intervention in resolving this matter promptly and facilitating the refund of my security deposit amount of Rs. 2000/-. I have attached screenshots, taken from Excitel app, for my complaint and their response and delay, for your reference and necessary action. I sincerely hope that the Consumer Court will take swift action to ensure that justice is served in this matter. Your attention and assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time and consideration.

                    I have an internet connectivity from Excitel. My Internet is down for last 10 days and I am running pillars to post to get the services up but no one in Excitel ( neither Customer Service or leaders) willing to help. Not sure where the customers should go. These kind of Internet services should be completely shutdown.

                      Initially representative promised that connection will be completed by one day.
                      Till date nobody has come and inquired for installation.

                        I continuously follow up with EXCITEL customer care and nodal officer email ID regarding the refund.

                        WI FI connection is working fine however Play box TV for TV channels is not working as it's not compatible. Please refund the extra amount back to my Bank account. Refund amount INR 1845.

                        Till now I tried to connect many times over calls and sending emails however there have been no responses.

                          Its been time since I closed my excitel connection in the month of November 2023 still excitel is not returning my security amount which is disgusting my user id is [protected]. They completely don’t care just keep on saying device is under inspection.

                            Regarding Inability to provide service and refusing to refund amount

                            I had excitel fibre connection installed in my flat on 4th February 2024 for which I had paid Rs 3582.82 in full for a 6 months plan. But since the connection has been installed, I am continuously facing issues and the company is making me talk to their customer care executives without any proper resolution.
                            They had sent their technician but they were also not able to resolve the issue.
