Waiting for Refund since last 6 month's, I surrendered and disconnected netplus broadband in Jan2021 and since then escalating for refund but no one is taking action. Escalated to CEO, Nodal, Customer care, L2 service but no response. Pathetic and worst customer service.

Updated by Rajan495 Contacted Customer care hundreds of time but no action taken, requested to transfer call to supervisor, they always busy. Customer care acknowledge on phone that they recd email and forwarded to concern department, but NO ACTION, NO Email Response, Deaf and Dumb conpany
