From beginning of ist day .. internet connection is very bad...the connection is unstable as many apps show.whenever we send complaint about it ..no service is being provided..when we join our class in zoom app...the connection becomes very slow..We cannot join the class due to these issues..

            My Netplus broadband connection is closed for last five days without any reason. Despite emailing customer care twice and contacting local operator again and again, my connection is still not activated. Either my closed connection should be activated immediately or it should be given to terminate permanently. There is no payment due on my side so this should be treated as my last notice and I will not pay any bills after that.

                  Waiting for Refund since last 6 month's, I surrendered and disconnected netplus broadband in Jan2021 and since then escalating for refund but no one is taking action. Escalated to CEO, Nodal, Customer care, L2 service but no response. Pathetic and worst customer service.

                  Contacted Customer care hundreds of time but no action taken, requested to transfer call to supervisor, they always busy. Customer care acknowledge on phone that they recd email and forwarded to concern department, but NO ACTION, NO Email Response, Deaf and Dumb conpany

                    The Netplus company is so unprofessional . I already told them that ur internet isn't working it's showing no internet . My package is of 100 mbps monthly, did advance payment but still they are not responding . I tried to call them but there are just ignoring but rejecting my call on repeat no response nothing.

                          On 26th may I ask for new connection of netplus broadband to our local netplus distributer name -Naveen sharma (Mehra cable ) Amritsar .
                          I choose a plan of 699 + 18% GST(4125 rs) and give all the 5 months payment to distributer in cash . my plan was established on 28 may . After 2 days i asked to distributer for the final bill then he ask me he will give me till today i did not recieve my payment bill.
                          I also talked with customer care then i know that he only pay 1000 in company so thats why he is not picking my call and not giving me my payment bill.
                          one more thing, on 2 june when i call to customer care then i know that my active plan is of 499 but i pay for 699 plan then i update my plan on the same day .
                          The cable/broadband local distributer i.e. Naveen sharma (mehra cable) PH: [protected]/[protected] is a fraud person.please take a strict action on it ASAP.

                            This is with regard to non-working of the wi-fi connection installed at my residence H. No. 2620 Sector 15, Panchkula.
                            I had lodged a complaint with the customer care centre and I was sent a message of ticket creation OTP No.1534 from
                            Netplus on 30.05.2021. They had told me that a technician will visit my residence but no one has visited to deal with the
                            problem. I had repeatedly made calls to the customer care centre but to no avail. If I call I get the computerized message
                            that all the lines are busy. Now they don't pick the call at all. My work is suffering because of no wi-fi connection.
                            I have made the payment FOR MONTH OF MAY, 2021 on 17.5.2021 BUT STILL I'M NOT GETTING THE CONNECTION.
                            I REQUEST YOU TO LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND DO THE NEEDFUL AT THE EARLIEST. Its been nearly 5-6 days.

                            I ATLEAST EXPECT A RETURN CALL /MESSAGE FROM YOUR END ABOUT AN UPDATE ON THE STATUS OF THE
                            CONNECTION.

                              Hi,

                              I have been using Netplus broadband from October'2020 and not faced any problem until last couple of months. The modem which they had provided me at the time of installation started giving me connectivity problems. Now their technician are saying that you need to upgrade your modem to 5g which will cost me another 1500 Rs-. I would like to tell you that i already have paid them Rs- 5000 at the time of installation which is very big amount to have a broadband connection. I have a receipt of that as a proof. Now instead of replacing their faulty modem at no cost they are demanding more money from me. Also, if i have to change name on my bill i need to pay 1000 Rs to change a name on bill. They are doing this because of the situation that made us to work from home and badly need a broadband connection for work. Their employees are corrupt and always seeking for money which comes under the table. They don't care about their job and responsibility. My only request is kindly replace my modem with compatible one so that i can use flawless service.

                                Today first day of this internet but customer helpline number not helpfull connect broadband very good service i feel i select bad company netplus now i again use connect broadband service very good netplus customer helpline not helpfull connect customer helpline very serious for customers help
                                But netplus say ur wish u thinking i dont any help ur
                                He no transfer call to local operator no talk with operator no official staff for direct customer help

                                    I am Buy netplus broadband before 5 to 6 months.My cable operator say that the modem is Genexis and it was 5g speed and dual band….And he charge 2000 rupees of modem and 1 month bill charges… I am paid 2710 rupees but the cable operator say 5 days your modem is 4g and it was a single band…. He said you can apple 5g modem charges 1000 rupees…The cable operator cheat me …he charge 2000 rupees of 5g modem and not set 5g modem only set 4g modem….You can solve my problem and provide 5g modem of free of cost….The 4g modem speed is low and 5g modem speed is high …. So, Please solve my modem problem fast… I am thankful of you
