Today first day of this internet but customer helpline number not helpfull connect broadband very good service i feel i select bad company netplus now i again use connect broadband service very good netplus customer helpline not helpfull connect customer helpline very serious for customers help
But netplus say ur wish u thinking i dont any help ur
He no transfer call to local operator no talk with operator no official staff...

Please note that i had recharged by broadband yesterday. but its still in inactivation state. I have provided the screenshot of transaction to [protected]@customercare.co.in. after contacting multiple times the status is still at inactive. As I am a medical professional I have greater responsibilities due to COVID pandemic.
therefore, please address the issue ASAP.

I am Buy netplus broadband before 5 to 6 months.My cable operator say that the modem is Genexis and it was 5g speed and dual band….And he charge 2000 rupees of modem and 1 month bill charges… I am paid 2710 rupees but the cable operator say 5 days your modem is 4g and it was a single band…. He said you can apple 5g modem charges 1000 rupees…The cable operator cheat me …he charge 2000 rupees of 5g modem and not set 5g modem only...

28 May 2021, I made a payment into netplus account through their website but my payment not reflected to my account and I can't able to use my wifi, is that service you offer customer, fully worst experience.

Hi, I am facing connectivity & speed issue my netplus connection on daily basis.Today i called customer care regarding this issue but customer care executive prabhjot not solve my query.

Second issue - Today I recharged my net plus account at 4.40 pm & 472 rs amount deducted my account but till time my connections is not working. As per customer care my connections started by 7.30 pm but till time same issue....

compliant registered and i received call but the engineer in not attend the call after chasing so many times .
