This mail is regarding the complaints of my area technician. Yesterday 1 June 2021 I call them at 11 am to register my complaint that my broadband is not working. At that time they misguide me some repair work is going in my area. They said after 30 min it's will be worked fine. then I get to know At the same time, my nearest connection is working fine. After that, I am waiting for the whole day my internet is not working. I am trying to call them today but they are not responding to my calls. My work is suffering because of them. I request you to take some action to help me to resolve my internet problem.

    First of all your customer care team is not helping customer they dont have sense to.talk with customer and i am complaining about my wire is broken they are not listing after 3 calls they submit complaint and till the time 24hrs is over and nobody came at my location

      28 May 2021, I made a payment into netplus account through their website but my payment not reflected to my account and I can't able to use my wifi, is that service you offer customer, fully worst experience.

        Speed issue & after recharge wifi is still not working

        Hi, I am facing connectivity & speed issue my netplus connection on daily basis.Today i called customer care regarding this issue but customer care executive prabhjot not solve my query.

        Second issue - Today I recharged my net plus account at 4.40 pm & 472 rs amount deducted my account but till time my connections is not working. As per customer care my connections started by 7.30 pm but till time same issue....

        I have a netplus broadband connection, rs.499/- per month rent with 40 mbps speed and zte modem installed by team. But with this modem i cant get range in 20 feet, but in my neighbour all broadband connction range display in my mobile. I have complaint to local distributor, his service team, customer care but they all failed. They are not help me in this matter. Owner said u cant get range in your next room due to wall. But when i try to connect with neighbours wifi connection all are working fine. I am helpless please help me.

            Very Poor service of Net+ team, I have been struggling for activation of Calling on my User ID 3001097 since March 8 and till date no one even tried to resolve it multiple times called customer care and the Executives are not able to resolve the issue, later on they dont transfer calls to seniors and once luckily i got connected to one of the Lead Ankur +[protected], on 27 April and till date he is also not able to resolve the issue, even i have one more issue regarding 1 month free service which was committed, which they are not able to resolve, Let me know who can help me in this case i have never seen such kind of delay. Since Match 08 2021 its been about 3 months and still only two issues not resolved and i am paying each month as i have to because i am Help less. Any one who can help me regarding this can call me on [protected] or please suggest me what to do?

                Hi dear,

                I am Vishal Singh, ID No:-3070453. I took netplus plan five months ago (5 months + 1month free internet service) but now your company charged us bill for free month also we pay full payment before internet installation but they charged extra 137₹. Request has been submitted from 1st of may but nobody guide us properly even toady your staff name Sandeep talk with us in very rude manner she didn’t guide us and your company block my phone. Our internet is not working from last night. I would request you to please guide us properly with quick response otherwise we don’t continue with your services.

                        I had called to your employee on this number +[protected] for netplus broadband at 29 April 2021. He said he will do by today. But he did not and next day I called again but he did response. and then at 1 may he picked my call and said today he will do sure. But he did the same thing. no response. what is this? this is the service your employee providing. please call to him and give warning otherwise your brand will distroy because of him.

                              I had raised complaints regarding net is not working the
                              compliant registered and i received call but the engineer in not attend the call after chasing so many times . I am very much disappointed with the service .I got connection before 5-6 days back.It is to early that the service is very poor.Plz resolve asap .My child online classes is also suffer on this .

                                      I have requested to activate my Voice call service from last week. But still No positive response has been received from Netplus. Customer care employee are highly irresponsible and harras the customer by providing irrelevant details and making fake promises to resolve the issue.It is requested to resolve the issue on priority basis.
