Ive been paying my internet service bills since last 5 month yet I got message that my bill payments are due and now they have suspended my connection. I have provided enough proof of paid payments yet no action has been taken so far. My business depends wholly on internet and that's why I'm not able to do anything. This is not done. This is not how these people are supposed to oppress others. Kindly look into it otherwise I need to take bigger actions.

      Hi,
      It's regarding the pathetic services you guys have been providing us since past 2 months. We started with netplus in the month of march and no doubt it was working good at that time but now no one takes any action, they don't respond to our calls . Also when it comes to payment they ask us to pay on their personal account via gpay or phonepe instead of website itself, they say site isn't working well. Also its a 50 mbps plan which lasts for a month and they cut off our services two days before without any warning. On checking with netplus customer care executive we came to know that our connection was expired with them in august but that's not true we have been using it continuously its a local providers who are doing fraud .They are taking money from us and not providing good service, every day internet drops atleast 20 times and this is the least number, most of the times speed decreases to 2 mbps can somewhen tell me whats the point of taking this connection??? You guyz need money on time but what about the service and transparency, sitting in ludhiana cant resolve things atleast someone should take the charge for it. Well for sure i will be quiting this worst service once my month gets finished. but kindly improve it before it gets degraded .
      I expect someone will call me and sort this out as i have been chasing you people since very long and i am tired of doing this!!!
      Also today i got a message from your local handler to pay the bill else my services will be cut and when i told them i have already paid online on 2 november he said please dont pay on website there is a problem now i will try your connection dont get cut. now i guess you people can connect with me how irritating this can be.I am not adding any picture here as i am typing this on behalf of my father but i am the primary use of this internet but if needed i can provide you the bills since beginning.

          The company has started billing, however, the company has not installed and commissioned IPTV even after several reminders.
          It is gross matter of cheating.

            We have taken the Netplus wifi connection from local area dealer (of Saharanpur 247001 pin code) Mr. Ramesh (ph.[protected]. He is one hell of a dealer who does not respect the customer's requirements and complaints. The internet connection was acquired on 14 July 2020 but since then we have continuously faced wire problems (optical wire keeps on breaking without even touching it) and hence net and connectivity problems. And whenever we have called Ramesh, he either did not pick up the phone (nor called back) nor resolved our issues.
            We are actually submitting this complaint against Ramesh because he is wasting customers' time as well as ruining the reputation of Netplus. We have called the Netplus customer care (around 6-7 times) and they guarantee that someone from local area (Saharanpur) will definitely come and resolve our problems of net connection and wiring. But nothing like that happened because again the dealer that Netplus will contact is Ramesh and he does not pick calls and never do justice to his job.
            In the starting, he blabbed about himself a lot like I will never let you face any problem regarding to the internet but he is now doing the exact opposite. Moreover, when he luckily picks calls (only when you call him from unknown number), he hung up the call without even listening to the customer's problems.
            Photos are attached which shows that how the wire is placed and how he kept the router (and told us not to touch it) since July. He just mentions that he will set the wire and router to a fixed place but never ever did it.
            Please look into this matter and if possible replace this negligent and irresponsible dealer (Ramesh) with someone who is atleast willing to listen to customer issues and try to solve them. This is VERY SERIOUS as I have to take ONLINE CLASSES so the good internet connection is required and unfortunately no other service providers are there in Saharanpur.
            I genuinely hope our problem should be taken care of.

                Very very poor 😞 service from last 20 days no internet during night. Instead of my daily complain. My father expired 12 October 20. My relatives have not seen and speak to us during his last time . Children education affected they destroyed my life finished me mentally tortured. Speed is very slow took 5 sec to download 10 kB size image. Telling lie of 50 Mbps speed. I have paid 5 months advance payment.no word to express shameless company

                  After receiving the charges amounting to Rs 4700/ including advance monthly rent on 27/9/2020 for new net connection till date no installation has been made in ward no 2 bhour camp chattha Jammu- 181101 resulting the children's faced problem in on line exam because of casual attitude of the company for which compensation of breach shall be initiated.

                      i hv broadband connection from 25 july 2020 to tell date having custumer id [protected] and voice calling no. [protected] . i called customer care no more many times as u chk from ur system but nobody solve my problem .i used this connection nd voice no. for my bussiness purpose but it not working from 26 days to tell now.it fect my bussiness so much .am already paid 6 month advance rent on 25/7/2020 .but its useless for me now so plz solve my issue otherwise refund my payment .

                          Everyday at some point, internet stops working on some devices and the devices shows ' no internet ' or 'can't connect to this network'. Firstly i thought it might the problem of ip address conflict and that's why i manually assigned different ip address to each device but the problem is still there. I guess, maybe the router is causing all the trouble.
                          Also, sometimes the internet speed falls down randomly and after some hours it becomes normal.
                          So, i request you took look into this matter asap.

                              Hi,
                              I have been complaining against internet not working so many times in the month of september'2020 and details are given below :

                              7th september'2020 time : 16:32 internet not working
                              15th september'2020 time : 18:28 internet now working
                              16th september'2020 time : 07:21 internet now working
                              18th september'2020 time : 20:23 internet not working
                              19th september'2020 time : 00:32 internet not working

                              Every time i complain at customer care, they always say its last time, in future we will never face this kinds of problem. They disconnect my connection every second day and i suffer lot of losses in my buisness because i work from home.

                              Netplus customer care staff has only one excuse that they are sorry and can't resolve the issue after it disconnects in the evening. The services are very poor.

                              Kindly look into the matter and solve it asap.

                                Worst customer care service i've ever seen i seriously recommend you to not to go for this internet speed is pretty good while the customer care service is totally time wasting so it's better to pay the one who values the importance of our time. That's why mostly folks are switching to jio giga fiber instead of it. I had paid the bill but still get my account suspended contacted customer care service told me to mail them then i mailed them the bill receipt but then found that their mail limit have exceeded. You can imagine from that how much bill dispute mails they've been receiving afterwards i again contacted the customer care and told them the entire situation again n also about their mail box after that they told me to mail on the their second email and now it's been 10-11 hours of posting that mail and still i have not got my problem solved. Furthermore, on the next day my online classes were gonna start. I hope you can understand why m not recommending you to go for it instead of this you should go for jiofiber or any else which value your time & money tooo...

                                  I had submitted a complaint regarding the router hanging from last 1 week and ur technician called on the phone and said the problem was from backend in the whole city of patiala and asked for a password to close the complaint, he said the issue has been resolved from backend and it will not re-occur... A total lie... I am facing the same problem again for the last 2 days. Suffering from my job, my kids are suffering from there studies, and there is no response or hearing, technician hardly bothered to visit physically at a place to check the issue... I am looking to shift the operator if this issue is not resolved.

                                      I want to file a complaint against netplus broadband service. We took their connection back on 1st april 2020. ₹599 unlimited data plan and after including gst the total bill will be around ₹700. After 3-4 months we got to know that they provided a smaller plan of ₹499 but they were billing us for ₹700. We paid all bills on the time to our cable provider as he was the collector. And on august 21st our internet was not working and when we called them to report an issue they said we’ve an outstanding balance of 2000₹. We paid ₹2121 at the spot.in april ₹1393, may ₹1200, june ₹700, july ₹700. And online payment of ₹2121 in august. Total : ₹6114. Actual bill is ₹3000 of 5 months. So i called them to ask for a refund of ₹3100. Dropped an email request with all the receipts. At the first time they said they will provide waver of ₹3100 or will send cash. But then after they started making excuses. I even told them to adjust this in next bills. Receipts attached. They never responded. I need your help.
