Netplus Broadband Complaints & Reviews

I had paid 9000 rupees for broadband from netplus. They had given me plan worth 750 per month inclusive of all taxes. Since i paid annual amount of 9000 therefore installation and equipment charges were waived off.

However at time of renewal i got to know i was given lower plan.
Since i have been charged extra, and i was not reimbursed that amount therefore i request you kindly take action....

I'm new customer for netplus, i'm very disappointed with your poor service. Today 7 days pass. They can' t provide new connection....

I’ve booked a connection from netplus and haven’t received any update already been 3 days and complained every day. Why should people go for such company if the customer services is very unsatisfactory, I’ve also mailed them regarding the same but no they are delaying for no reason....

Hi- I have a 50 mbps plan configured and I am receiving less than 2 mbps speed which is making really tough to do my work. Please look into this and get this fixed on a priority basis. I have called and shared the screenshot of speed with the service provider

Not giving a new connection from 5 days. We've given our i'd proof since 3ago. Customer care says they give the today. Everyday they today. I need the new connection today...

Since 4 days i am trying to get a new connection from this well reputed company netplus and everytime they fool me back to back saying i will get a call back soon. I asked for the escalation matrix? As i'm new customer of net plus but i'm getting too much trouble. As i changed my location and also i had paid 3months advanced but they didn't help me any more... Even they are not responding properly. Now i'm in new location and wants to get my connection here but they aren't responding and sane goes to customer care. I have registered my account with netplus on 2nd of june, after so many followups on 17th june technician visited and installed wire and modem. Since that i just looking at red light of modem and call foolish and useless customer care. My package has been started where i have already paid 5+1 month payment in advanced. But nothing is working on ground.

What a wonder cc gives me assurance everyday that technician will visit...

As per my internet requirement at my sister home. I got reffrence of kuljeet singh your company employee. I called him saturday 20.6.2020 for internet. He told me send the address proof & adhar card for installation process i send him on immediate basis, he said sunday we will install the internet. I called him on sunday three times but he didn't pick my any single call then i called him on monday two times he picked my third call & misbehaved...
