Hi,
I have been complaining against internet not working so many times in the month of september'2020 and details are given below :

7th september'2020 time : 16:32 internet not working
15th september'2020 time : 18:28 internet now working
16th september'2020 time : 07:21 internet now working
18th september'2020 time : 20:23 internet not working
19th september'2020 time : 00:32 internet not working

Every time i complain at customer care, they always say its last time, in future we will never face this kinds of problem. They disconnect my connection every second day and i suffer lot of losses in my buisness because i work from home.

Netplus customer care staff has only one excuse that they are sorry and can't resolve the issue after it disconnects in the evening. The services are very poor.

Kindly look into the matter and solve it asap.

    Worst customer care service i've ever seen i seriously recommend you to not to go for this internet speed is pretty good while the customer care service is totally time wasting so it's better to pay the one who values the importance of our time. That's why mostly folks are switching to jio giga fiber instead of it. I had paid the bill but still get my account suspended contacted customer care service told me to mail them then i mailed them the bill receipt but then found that their mail limit have exceeded. You can imagine from that how much bill dispute mails they've been receiving afterwards i again contacted the customer care and told them the entire situation again n also about their mail box after that they told me to mail on the their second email and now it's been 10-11 hours of posting that mail and still i have not got my problem solved. Furthermore, on the next day my online classes were gonna start. I hope you can understand why m not recommending you to go for it instead of this you should go for jiofiber or any else which value your time & money tooo...

      I had submitted a complaint regarding the router hanging from last 1 week and ur technician called on the phone and said the problem was from backend in the whole city of patiala and asked for a password to close the complaint, he said the issue has been resolved from backend and it will not re-occur... A total lie... I am facing the same problem again for the last 2 days. Suffering from my job, my kids are suffering from there studies, and there is no response or hearing, technician hardly bothered to visit physically at a place to check the issue... I am looking to shift the operator if this issue is not resolved.

          I want to file a complaint against netplus broadband service. We took their connection back on 1st april 2020. ₹599 unlimited data plan and after including gst the total bill will be around ₹700. After 3-4 months we got to know that they provided a smaller plan of ₹499 but they were billing us for ₹700. We paid all bills on the time to our cable provider as he was the collector. And on august 21st our internet was not working and when we called them to report an issue they said we’ve an outstanding balance of 2000₹. We paid ₹2121 at the spot.in april ₹1393, may ₹1200, june ₹700, july ₹700. And online payment of ₹2121 in august. Total : ₹6114. Actual bill is ₹3000 of 5 months. So i called them to ask for a refund of ₹3100. Dropped an email request with all the receipts. At the first time they said they will provide waver of ₹3100 or will send cash. But then after they started making excuses. I even told them to adjust this in next bills. Receipts attached. They never responded. I need your help.

              I have paid the bill of rs 707 on friday 4th september 2020 at 4.27pm using phonepe. Also, attached the screenshot.
              Still i didnt get the confirmation message that bill is paid. It is still showing under outstanding amount in netplus app.
              Please check and confirm. Almost sent more than 10 emails to bill dispute team but neither response from customer care nor from them. Please confirm asap

                Sir for the last two months i deposited my bill through net banking but your office was not sent me the receipt on my mail even than never shown on your site "payment history" please look into the matter personally. I deposited dated 8/9/2020 payment for the month of september 2020 similarly it happened with me in last month. I call your office and send my bank statement and than he entered my bill payment

                  I have been checking them since yesterday for copy of payments made by me. From yesterday they are saying you will receive the bill copy via email but still now i have not received the same i have called approximately 10 to 12 times since yesterday
                  Can anybody look into this are you helping your customers in a such unprofessional manner.
                  This is really disgusting and painful or shall i proceed with legal proceedings.

                    After the installation of netplus broadband from starvision cable operator bharat nagar, amritsar, they have not given any customer id or billing id to me. Moreover, the speed of the internet is very slow approx 5mbps with a pack of 50mbps. I had contact with the cable operator (Phone number -[protected]) many times for customer id but he is not responding and rejecting my calls too for 2 months. I am very frustrated please resolve my problem as soon as possible.

                        I Gurjinder applied for a netplus broadband connection on 27th june but because of some issues and non resolution of issues i terminated connection from customer care on 10th of july. after that so many emails made to netplus for refund but no response. On 3rd august the box was taken off from my place and got activeted at some else place and i received a message that connection is active now. I made too much calls to customer care as well no resolution for the same. Now mobile number changed in connection but what if email and name also got changed in company's database? please help to get solution of the issue and refund of my excess amount.

                          The mam called on phone regualry and she dont know how to speek how to deal with customer he speak like the police call the thief she react like this. She really speak veey rudely and say i will cut your connection what is this beahviour. Very bad experience and then i call to manager he say mam is new joininh she soelas like that but not every customer listen this # language i will also report to police station. Really very bad dealing from khanna office gtb market very bad

                              I am trying to complain about poor internet speed and charging full monthly rent even for days when internet didn't work. But their Number[protected] comes out to be Invalid everytime i dialed no. Yesterday i got a call from Netplus itself for their promotion offer about something then i told them about problem they lodged complaint but even after almost 48 hours no Resolution was taken. I am unable to place a disconnection request. THEY MARKED MY COMPLAINT AS SOLVED WITHOUT SOLUTION OR WITHOUT MY CONSENT.

                                As per netplus policy, it's given that 5 months payment + 1 month free internet is provided.My Netplus user ID is [protected]. But my Cable Operator called "SK Cable" named Gulshan. His number is [protected]. He charged money for 6 months & now he is not paying back my 1 month extra money. Kindly take some action on him. Otherwise I'll complain in consumer court if no action is taken on him.

He said he don't give receipts now due to corona, you will get a text msg on your phone regarding bill payment . That samr person is collecting bill from last year from my residence

                                    Last day our new connection was established pmt and other taxes were completed but no net was run, which no mobile phone is with us, but not respoaethere why your service is very poor. Talked to Gagandeep for several times yesterday, first, if the phone does not wake up, then the hold has been made a spectacle, why bothering the customer, making us foolish from yesterday.

                                        I m facing regular trouble with my netplus broadband modem is suddenly turn off any time and internet get stoped and it automatically restart turn off all the lights and then lights started again after 20 -30 min but it showing no internet. So i m very disappointed. I need the solution as soon.

                                        If you guys can't resolve my problem or other wise refund my installation change or i'm not paying any bill. Till that my problem is not resolve.

                                        Need reply on it.
