I m facing regular trouble with my netplus broadband modem is suddenly turn off any time and internet get stoped and it automatically restart turn off all the lights and then lights started again after 20 -30 min but it showing no internet. So i m very disappointed. I need the solution as soon.

If you guys can't resolve my problem or other wise refund my installation change or i'm not paying any bill. Till that my problem is not resolve.

Need reply on it.

Your staff said clearly that i m not coming to your lane. Don't know why. But ist he called us that im coming for its installtion but later on he left the place without contacting us. What kind of rubish service you r providing.

I am using netplus broadband last 4 years and continue pay bill but now i am facing network issues from last 6 months. Every time i call the concern person who is taking bill from us but he never take any action and never visit for check connectivity. I am totally fed up from your services.

I had paid 9000 rupees for broadband from netplus. They had given me plan worth 750 per month inclusive of all taxes. Since i paid annual amount of 9000 therefore installation and equipment charges were waived off.

However at time of renewal i got to know i was given lower plan.
Since i have been charged extra, and i was not reimbursed that amount therefore i request you kindly take action.

I’ve booked a connection from netplus and haven’t received any update already been 3 days and complained every day. Why should people go for such company if the customer services is very unsatisfactory, I’ve also mailed them regarding the same but no they are delaying for no reason.

Since 4 days i am trying to get a new connection from this well reputed company netplus and everytime they fool me back to back saying i will get a call back soon. I asked for the escalation matrix? Company doesnt has that. I tried sending email ' no responce. Even after it isnt any of customer fault they talk to you so rude? I simply asked many a times if they cant provide the connection, just let me know? They wont say that either. Ref 182838

As i'm new customer of net plus but i'm getting too much trouble. As i changed my location and also i had paid 3months advanced but they didn't help me any more... Even they are not responding properly. Now i'm in new location and wants to get my connection here but they aren't responding and sane goes to customer care. Updated by Deepu Bragta I was living in sohana sector 78 Mohali and now I'm living in sector 114.In my new location I wants to use it .And the net plus provider name is lovely and he also belongs to sohana Mohali.
