              Since 4 days i am trying to get a new connection from this well reputed company netplus and everytime they fool me back to back saying i will get a call back soon. I asked for the escalation matrix? Company doesnt has that. I tried sending email ' no responce. Even after it isnt any of customer fault they talk to you so rude? I simply asked many a times if they cant provide the connection, just let me know? They wont say that either. Ref 182838

                    As i'm new customer of net plus but i'm getting too much trouble. As i changed my location and also i had paid 3months advanced but they didn't help me any more... Even they are not responding properly. Now i'm in new location and wants to get my connection here but they aren't responding and sane goes to customer care. And i'm in too much trouble as in working from home. Please help me asap.

                    I was living in sohana sector 78 Mohali and now I'm living in sector 114.In my new location I wants to use it .And the net plus provider name is lovely and he also belongs to sohana Mohali.

                      I have registered my account with netplus on 2nd of june, after so many followups on 17th june technician visited and installed wire and modem. Since that i just looking at red light of modem and call foolish and useless customer care. My package has been started where i have already paid 5+1 month payment in advanced. But nothing is working on ground.

                      What a wonder cc gives me assurance everyday that technician will visit and resolve and the next wonder is whom so ever visited once do not come back again and will never reply your calls.

                      I request everyone, please please don't go for netplus. Worst company i have every seen, no standard of work, no standard of installation.

                        As per my internet requirement at my sister home. I got reffrence of kuljeet singh your company employee. I called him saturday 20.6.2020 for internet. He told me send the address proof & adhar card for installation process i send him on immediate basis, he said sunday we will install the internet. I called him on sunday three times but he didn't pick my any single call then i called him on monday two times he picked my third call & misbehaved with me. He said when my wish will be then i called you & disconnect my phone very badly.

                        Please tell this is your company policy to treat the end user like this.

                        Kuljeet singh have my sister proofs on his whatsapp if he will misused then he & company will be the responsible.

                              They offer high speed internet and we pay them but we didnt get that speed.
                              Everytime packet loss, ping issue, speed issue.in the peak hours speed is too slow and when we complain about this they dont even fix it rather their employ abuse us and dont fix issue. They argue with customer.

                              Am from tarn taran city near amritsar and i face alot problem with them.
                              I pay for 100mbps but get less than 10 mbps in peak hours with fiber optic technology.
                              Tried ethernet, wifi everything.

                                I am khuswinder singh having net plus broadband subscriber from the last two years. My customer id [protected]. I have transferred the payment in my old id [protected] on 19 oct 2019 and 14 nov 2019 instead of my new id. I have also done cash payment to the broadband dealer.
                                So i am requesting you to please tranfer my payment in my new id [protected] which i have already paid in old billing id [protected].

                                  I am netplus customer. My customer number is [protected]. The dealer who installed my broadband is providing me the worst service. Yesterday in afternoon my Internet connection was not working i called him and he said that wifi is down from main server. Then after a hour i called him again 4-5 times but he didn't picked up the call. My neighbour has same connection i called him he said that wifi is working properly. Due to this negligence my yesterday 's class also got missed. Hoping for a help as soon as possible.

                                    Dear concern

                                    It is sorry to say but your service is pathetic. Also your employees are very unprofessional. It is almost three weeks that my connection was approved but nobody is coming to install it. After my long follow up someone came and complete the wiring and told me that in the evening or tomorrow he will arrange the modem and it would be functional. But after that nobody.

                                    Then after my long follow up with your local representative some one came but again they told me a new story that hub is full so they are unable to give a connection from there.

                                    But they promised on monday my connection will be start functioning.

                                    Instead of installing my connection they stopped picking up my calls.

                                    It is very unprofessional and not acceptable. Now i am not interested in any kind of service from net plus. Also i am going to file a complaint in court for harrassment and also going to upload feedback on social media so that you cannot cheat any other user.
