My idno. Is [protected]... I want to complaint about my local netplus operator... He was very rude with my mother... It hardly took 5-7 mints when she came inside for the payment in between he rang the bell again n again n told mom he will not come to collect it for the next time rudely.. That was not tolerated the way was worst to deal with any costumer his name was harjeet.. I am very disappointed with this... Plz... Change my netplus operator.. Otherwise will not pay my futher bills. And my net is not properly working kindly check it...

Last 3 days my internet is not working and i try daily complaints at your customer care number and getting a reply from your service provider today will be definability fixed internet and still not fix my internet.

    My customer id is 290954... My net not working frm 22 december.. I have 26 complaint against net not working.. But your customer care all time ask me its working 2 hour but today is 26 days done my net not working.. Your service is too poor.. But worker ask me ur bill pending 580 so ask me how can i pay this much.. Its too irritated.. So tell me how can i pay this much so ask me how much i will pay.. N which time my net is working and ur tecnition is not check. Last is its too bad service im not satusfied i want to deactivate this bakwas net

      I had applied for new connection on 26.12.19, 29.12.19 and probably again i had to request on 31.12.19. But to utter surprise, the connection has not been provided till date whereas the company claims that the new connection is installed within 3 days. The company has got encashed the cheque for rent of three months in advance. No customer care executive is able to inform as to who will come and when he will come for installation. Everyone is just making excuses. It seems that the company is not interested in making new customers.

        Netplus broadband — not receiving service after installation and payment

        I had submitted my documents and payment for iptv connection last week. But installation is not done yet. I have been calling and filing complaints with the company but still no one has come to rectify the issue. They keep telling me the issue has been escalated but nothing has been practically done. I had informed them i have work and need the connection on urgent basis but they did not listen to me. I told them please do the arrangements only if you can provide the urgent connection they agreed to it but has kept me waiting for more than a week now. I have been a previous customer. Their manpower had always been non-cooperative and don't bother about the customers.

          Internet was down for almost 10 days, billing department trying to overcharge. We have billing receipts but they are not listening. Worst internet service provider, completely scam. Customer care team is dull, they don't know what they saying. One representative say everything ok and connection will resume and other say non payment issue.

          Don't recommend to go for netplus broadband, very poor service and full on harassment.

              Hi,

              I made a payment of 590 rupees using billdesk on 25th october for recharge of my account. The amount was deducted from my bank but recharge was not successful. I called customer care 4 times but no one helped. They said i need to contact local dealer. I tried calling local dealer but his phone is coming switch off for 3 days and office is closed. And i don’t think local dealer will help in online system. Customer care should be aware of all the transactions.

              I have confirmed with bank as as well billdesk gateway. Both confirmed that payment is sent to netplus.

              I am unable to use internet for days. Very poor service from netplus. Such kind of services forces customer to switch to major providers like airtel, jio etc.
              Also sent 2 emails with payment screen shot but no response.

                What a rubbish your company doing, from last six months i am giving 150 rs extra bill because so called reputated company netplus add the addon voice call in my plan without my knowledge.in april month i came to know one day company charging extra amount. Same day i gave a request on customer care to close my addon voice.
                But next month again i saw extra amount company charging, again i called to customer care. Innocent people say sir please pay ur bill this time its not gonna happen again, your request in process. You just tell how much time you will take to complete my process.

                It's been more than six month, now its high time i am not gonna pay bill of this month.
                I need the answer if not, i know the way of consumer forum.

                  I had registered complaint on 6th of october regarding low speed of broadband but till now (I. E. 7th of october) my complaint has not been resolved. I am frustated by calling the customer care and the technician.
                  I am fed up with this broadband service as my network speed go down regularly and connection also gets disturbed.
                  Also when i asked for the senior department they hold me for 6 mins and then senior department transfrerred me to it department giving no solution and wasring 6 mins.
                  Also it department told to download ani desk app otherwise they will provide no solution.
                  My connection gets lost for regular period.

                    Im using 2 netplus broadband connections from last 2 years. But now days netplus service is worst service because they do not have customers importance and not take interest to solve consumer problems from their head.
                    I'm paying rs 1200 per month (Aprox) for 1 connection for which company promises to give 100 mbps speed. But actually im receiving only max 2-7 mbps speed since last 2 or 3 months. I complained 10-12 times to customer care and local netplus engineer and they promised to resolve in 4 to 6 hours every time when i complained, but till now no any body got interest to solve my complaint.
                    Complaint to net plus or any team members is meaning less. If netplus service is fails to provide services to customers as they promises then they do not have right to charge further for worst services

My internet is not working from the last 10 days and i complained in customer care regularly but not received any response from customer care. After that i try to contact the local agent but he also not interested to listen my problem. With this kind poor service i am not interested to continue, so today i installed new internet connection.                         I complaint about extremely slow internet. I pay 600 rs per month. They didn't respond when I call on customer care by calling on [protected]. I am fed up with their poor service . So some serious measures must be taken so that the public's money won't be wasted. I have to accomplish many tasks on wifi as I am an office person. And now it’s one month complete but still my internet is not working, whenever i call them they say that we’ll resolve but still no effort... If they resolve my issue soon then i will continue with the connection otherwise i have to deactivate my connection... I hope this time my problem will be resolved...

                            Netplus providing poor service while getting some problem in network from last three days i"m suffering a lot problem with it because there is no netwwork and i can't acceess the internet. I registered the comlpaint on line but not getting any resolution from service provider now it's third day i'm not getting any network. I continusly in touch with there engineers mandeep & sonu of karnal distict, haryana state but they are making fool o[censored]s now they are not picking up call and the tollfree number saying you will get the resolution before evening it's very dispointing to getting that kind of service.

                              I have been using netplus since 2 months but the service is very poor. I didn’t get the internet speed they mentioned while installing the modem. Internet is down for more than 12 hours in a day and they still generate full bill.

                              They first took 500 rs for installation and now after calling there customer care and field service man, i am not getting any positive response.

                                I purchased a netplus connection. I paid 2220/-. My modem is registered but no one has come to install it. It's been 6 days since i purchased the connection. Customer care support doesn't know what to do. Zonal head is just making fake promises. All of my work is on internet and i it's all badly affected. Please resolve it as soon as possible.

                                Internet speed is very slow. sometimes it don't work . only red light show on mordem. please solve this problem.
                                I was out of station and i told the operator to temporary block my account as i was not in town for 2 months. After that they firstly send bill for 2 months and then they terminated my account and after the payment still not activating my account.
                                Same problem i am facing give three month advance but no body care very bad experiance .I am dictvate my connection after seeing this company service very bad.Now i am looikng for my refund my customer i.D 1934598
                                Same happens to me, they dont come to install, we are giving money in advance thats why they dothis, if money is to be done after installation they do it in hours.

                                  I applied the netplus connection 2 months back, i paid for 3 months in advance, but after i made the payment, my connection got terminated by the company without any prior notice.
                                  I contact the support for help but they are giving me redirection and excuses
                                  "sir, ap aaj wait krlo, thk ho jaega".
                                  No company officials visited us for any help or maintainence to rectify and fix the issue.
                                  They always give me hope in the morning that it will get resolved by end of day but no one addresses our concern.

                                  Now, i have two internet connection in my home, one for which i paid in advance and is not working and getting useless response from the support, other which i purchased with less tariff and is working fine since 6 months.

                                  I want you to address my concern and take a strict action against the company and i need my full advance payment to be refunded.

                                  If it didn't get addressed as well by the company then i am left with the option of knocking the door of indian court which i don't want to do.

                                  It's my humble request with my folded hands to get it resolved as soon as possible.

                                    It has been weeks now since i am facing this poor connection problem. The netplus network has a considerable speed but it offers poor quality of connection. The connection weakens atleast 20 times a day saying "connected no internet". This happens very often and is very irritating and frustating as much of the work done is to be done again due to this connection problem.

                                    First i was getting fine speed but not that much accordinga to my plan
                                    But now the speed i am getting is only 2-3 mbps
                                    There speed is really slow down nowadays

                                      I have netplus broad band with customer id 729310.. Broad band is not working from 15th june. So i complained at customer care on 17 the june. But no one came to fix it. Every time (9-10 times) i called they said today problem would be resolved. People at customer care center are even not ready to listen problem and disconnect the phone without our consent forcefully. At last i chose to disconnect my my wifi connection on 22th june but still they have not disconnected my broad band and continuously saying that we will do it in 15 minutes. Very irresponsible attitude and also tried to misbehave and disconnect the call of mine by one of the employees.. Please help me to get my connection close so that the can not ask me for the bill of whole month

                                        It's worst service i have never seen in my life. My account no is.[protected]and my ticket no.7471. My internet is not working from 11 june and i complained in customer care regular 11, 12, 13 and 14 july but not received any response from customer care. After that i try to contact mr. Arvind and mr. Inder verma but he also not interested to listen my problem. With this kind poor service i am not interested to continue, so today i installed new internet connection.in this industry no one can servive without service. I am owner of computer and cctv service provider company but now i am not suggest to anyone about netplus.

                                        The modem has stopped working for the 3rd time this month now. Internet stopping to work is very inconvenient and I'm really inclining towards changing this damn ISP to Airtel or something.
