    Respected sir/madam I was consumer of Netplus Broadband from more than 2 years. My user ID is [protected], I was regularly facing connectivity problem in my connection. I requested many time to install a new modem to solve the problem. However, the engineer from netplus side every time install old faulty modem, which instead of solving the problem, creates new problems. As per engineer, new modems are not available with netplus even for new connections & no action has been taken on my request till installation of broadband services from connect broadband. Netplus services have gone from bad to worst these days. I have faced more than 15 days harassment due to deficiency in services of Netplus. I had with no option than to permanently disconnect the netplus connection. I requested many time to customer care of net plus to disconnect my connection & refund of amount already paid in advance. However till date the amount has not been refunded. I requested net plus that as on date Rs. (-) 2828 are standing to credit of my account which may immediately be refunded to me along with Rs. 10, 000/- as compensation for harassment caused to me by your office. I am also attaching screen shot of my ticket & bogus resolution to my complaint by Mr. Vidta Dutt, who without visiting my premises and by ignoring my all the complaints has given false statement as "No_Fault_Found". Have you ever imagined, why a 150 mbps speed, more than two years old netplus customer switch to 75 mbps connect connection at the same price of Rs. 599/- pm. It's due to worst customer care services provided by net plus. As such, netplus may be instructed to refund amount standing in credit of my account along with compensation amount of Rs. 10, 000/- for for harassment caused by your office, immediately, In hope of immediate action from your side.

      Even after three days, i did not get any support from Netplus.
      Local operator person not even ready to visit home to help.
      After one call, they switch off his mobile no. and now do not picked it up.

      They closed my ticket without any solution.

      Worst service ever.

        Everytime netplus harrass there customers????? More than 22 hours are elapsed but they are not bothering to listen. Even on regular calls or emails. They are faking their promises but still payment not confirmed and account is inactive.

          When ever i prepays my netplus connection netplus service is not a hasselfree service at all. They harass everytime. After one day or 12 to 36?hours after they confirms payment. Even on regular emails on customercare they do not bother to resolve the issue and on long calls they promise to resolve issue at early but they do not do anything to resolve the issue. Is it a kind of customer care?? This time also i paid yesterday afternoon and it is more than 18 to 20 hours but still on my regular calls they do not bother to confirm my payment??               Main jagmit singh brar, customer id [protected] net plus broadband connection 13 February 2023 ko House Number 4050, 2nd floor, sector 46, Chandigarh me install karwaya tha. Conection legate waqt Maine broadband ki 6 months ki payment bhi ki thi. Unke service providers ne ye btaya ki agr aapko is connection ko kahin aur bhi shift karwana huya to wahan par bhi ho jayega. Ab mujhe is connection ko shift karwane ke liye kai baar email kiya hai, aur jab bhi main call krta hu to wo log bolte hai ke "sir aap nishchint rhe aapki puri help ki jayegi". Lekin is baat ko bhi aaj aprox. 10 din ho gye hai, jo abhi tak bhi shift nahi huya. Mera internet na chalne ki wajah se daily ka bhut nuksan ho rha hai, aur connection ka bill bhi generate ho rha hai. Aur ab to meri call bhi pick nahi kar rhe hai...

              I can try much timing, but they still hold me waiting, last day I am waiting on a call for 1 hour and 56 sec. Very bad behavior with customers. They didn't pick up any calls if I click on the option existing customer. if I can contact them from a new number and click on exiting customer then they picked my call.                 I have been facing issue since a long time that my internet stop working on daily basis. Then i contacted the customer care people and they always say technician will visit and no body shows up till date. I’m doing work from home and it cost me alot when on daily basis my half days are getting marked. Please understand how important it is for a working person to have internet as my work depends upon it.
                Please m feeling ignorant and banging my head here and there. Please take some actions.

Your netplus broadband wifi service is very bad .. we have contact You're customer care and Your dealer but our complaint is not resolved this happened again and again.. wifi have not properly working in where the modam is setup..sometime wifi is not working after somedays..not having proper range

                    I used netplus broadband from September 2022 to January 2023. Now I have shifted to some new location so I returned the router to the agent who installed it previously. But yesterday I received a call that your netplus broadband bill is pending and you have to pay it. When I called customer care support they said that your account is already deactivated. I want to deactivate my account as I have returned the router after payment of all bills but as it was postpaid connection it is billing into my account every month. Kindly deactivate my account permanently. My customer number is [protected].

                              My wifi package destined me to speed of 100mbps but it hardly gives more than 40mbps.

                                I Would like to mention that I have been facing harassment for more than 02 months. In spite of many calls and repeated emails, I am still not able to get the waiver. The worst customer service i have ever seen from your side.

                                I am again requesting you to resolve the issue by today itself as the expiry date of my plan is 06.03.2023.

                                The details of my earlier email are as follows:-

                                I, G******a, user ID- [protected], want to state that the internet services were inactive in my area from 15 December 2022 to 17 January 2023 due to which we have faced a lot of problems and inconvenience.

                                When I called your customer care they assured me to give compensation for the same.

                                however, its been 2 months they are just misguiding me and not doing any thing to resolve the issue.

                                worst customer service as well as other service provider. not recommend to go for this connection.

                                  I specifically requested the customer care to guide me on how to avail the new double speed plans, I was asked to make a payment of 2945/= online and it was for 5+1 months. But after making the payment on their website using my customer ID [protected], I am still on old 50mbps plan. And when I ask them why?, they say you have to have active plan. But when you have active plan they say wait for it to be inactive?

                                      Hi my netplus modem is dead from past 25 days i have complaint daily on customer care but no one is arriving at my home with new modem i am very frustrated. I have contacted customer care they always open ticket but no is really working on complaint.. My customer id is [protected] . Please solve my problem by installing fresh new modem to my home i am very frustrated. I will not pay my this month bill because i have not used internet
