    From last 3 to 4 days wifi broadband is not working. Your service is very poor. Last time like 2 or 3 months ago the same issue was happening and I also complained for same but it was like the wastage of time to call customer care. If I pay bill 1 day late, fine will be implemented but if your connection didn't work then it's all fine. But now I want to close this connection. Kindly let me know the process of closing the connection.

      I am Tushar Kataria. i had raised a ticket[protected] today but my issue is not resolved yet and closed without my consent.I had an issue since 20 days but they always closed my ticket everytime without resolving it.i request you to take strict action and don't close my ticket until i give my consent or otp. If they are unable to provide proper service then refund my money

          But my payment not update I have sent the mails and calls to customer care and local service provider but no one provide the solution.i have much difficulty from my daily work.im paying from broadband but my service not active.already register the complaints many times.it my humble request pls activate my net otherwise i will take action against you.shortly will file petion against you

              Please check enclosed document of payment receipt was made in December 2021 for whole year.But
              On Nov 2, 2020 my account set to deactivated status. I am complaining from last 2 days to customer care but still its not working. Every time answer is we will ASAP but my question is when it will start?
              According to your scheme if I make 5 month payment I get 1 month free so made payment for 10 month but my account deactivated before december.
              I am from IT filed and my work is from home. Can you please start service again so I can continue my work again?

                I requested for my connection to be put on hold on 21st October 2022. Customer care informed me that the charges to put connection on hold are 200+ taxes. On 1st november I got a bill of Rs 738. My regular monthly bill was 707 and it was clearly incorrect as mt connection was on hold for more than 7 days this time. On connecting with customer care I was informed that I will be charged entire 200+taxes even if I keep my connection on hold for 1 day in a billing cycle. This was a breach of trust as this information was not provided to me when I requested for the connection to be put on hold. No sane person would want to pay more than their regular bill while keeping the connection inactive. Shocked by this senseless policy I made a disconnection request on 1st November 2022 and I was informed that the connection would be disconnected in 24-48 hours. After 48 hours they inform me that I have first activate my connection and then request for disconnection. So they can charge me 200+taxes and the pro rata bill amount for the number of days they take to disconnect my connection post activation. I have been repeatedly given half/false information by their customer care and this is daylight cheating. They should not have taken my disconnection request if the connection needed to be activated first. I want my bill corrected and connection disconnected asap. I am afraid that they will find another way to cheat me if I activate my connection again.

                    I have sent the mails and calls to customer care and local service provided about the non working of broadband. But no one provide the solution. I have much difficulty for my urgent work I am paying for broadband but they are not listening. Very poor service. Already register the complaint but no one care about it.

                        My village is just 1km away from the near city the network provider declined my new connection they tell they provide new connection if 4-5 new connection is available in my village also they demand 5000RS each new connection so I go to bsnal office they offer me air fiber in 7000RS and also I don"t need about 4-5 people

                          My internet went to inactive status in the early morning so I made a UPI payment through their payment platform before going to work when I came back I noticed that my internet is still not working so I called them and they told me it sometimes happens. They also suggested sending the payment screenshot to their Emai for a refund and making another payment to get the internet active again ASAP. so I did what they told me and made a 2 payment but my internet is still not active. I made 2 payments of RS 825 but my internet is still not working Moreover customer care doesn't know what to do they just try to get out of the call without trying to help you so I don't know where to escalate my complaint.

                              Yesterday On Dated 21.09.2022, Netplus Suspend My Account .After I Call On Customer Care I Get To Know There Is Some Safe Key Services Activated On My Account, Which I Didnt Activate Till Now And They Get It Without My Confirmation.
                              I Have Paid Broadband Bill On Apr'22 For 5+1 Month Scheme Which Means That It Will Get Over At End Of October'22 But They Stop Servcies In Sept'22
                              And When I Call At Customer Care They Didnt Respond Well. They Just Ignore My Problem. They Are Just Saying We Call You Later, Our Seniors Will Call You Shortly.

                              Now They Are Overcharging On Me.

                                Internet not working since two days

                                1. That I am customer of Netplus broadband co. and having billing ID No. [protected] in the name of Mr. Madhur Bansal.
                                2. That my internet is not working since last two days.
                                3. That i have raise many complaints regarding the same through customer care help line number and "Ticket/Complaint no. was generated vide no.[protected] and[protected], Respectively.
                                4. That one of my Ticket/ Complaint was closed late night...

                                I am a user of netplus broadband from last 2 years and getting the same plan of 5+1 months for Rs.2945. On 31 august contacted the customer service and they informed me to pay the bill on 1 September 2022, after paying the bill on 1st and contacted the customer service again but she told me that i have a plan of 5+1 but after that she told me that I had a pending bill so this plan will only work for 4 months and not 6 which is very disappointing and even after when I told her that I will pay the pending amount she told me that nothing can be done at this moment, so without making any efforts she raised a request to stop my service as per my request cause I am very disappointed.Please resolve this asap customer id :-[protected].
