Netplus Broadband — complaint against starvision cable operator for customer id | |||
After the installation of netplus broadband from starvision cable operator bharat nagar, amritsar, they have not given any customer id or billing id to me. Moreover, the speed of the internet is very slow approx 5mbps with a pack of 50mbps. I had contact with the cable operator (Phone number -[protected]) many times for customer id but he is not responding and rejecting my calls too for 2 months.
