Its really frustrating to get Voice Activation on my existing Netplus broadband. I was told than with in 24-48 hrs service will be activated and will get OTP and link to sign.
Now its more than 72 hrs and on follow up to Netplus customer Senior team member Ms Kulveer Kaur told me that service can't be activated as all numbers in that area are exhausted and have to wait till new allocation done.
It was really disappointing when i requested her to escalate issue to next level and rather than giving me assurance considering my request on priority she was trying to avoid issue to her internal dept.
Today Netplus versionwas totally different, I am your customer since more than 2years and always pay advance Six months but at this stage Netpus is unable to provide Customer Service on Priority.
Request you to escalate and get Voice activated in high priority as was promised. Otherwise I will request for disconnection of Netplus broadband service and move on to other Service provider Was this information helpful? |
