I am not getting any replies over email and no solution from customer service over call even after multiple attempts both sides.
Previously I had 400MBPS plan and I was getting around 350MBPS speed over Wi-Fi and Lan cable. I was okay with it.
Now, I have upgraded my plan to 750MBPS, I am getting ~300-400 BMPS or less on Wi-Fi and ! 700MBPS on Lan cable which is how it should be on Wi-Fi. Even if I reduce 20% loss, it should give ~600MBPS. Wi-Fi speed is half of what is actual speed. I understand that there is a loss of speed on Wi-Fi by 20-25% but 50% loss is not acceptable.
I had a chat with Customer care at L1 and L2 level multiple times, but all are making excuses.
While taking this 750MBPS no one told me that speed will be half of what is I am paying for. Instead, L1 level person told me that speed would be around same as mentioned in the website i.e. 750MBPS. Now they are saying they can’t do anything. L1 team redirecting me to L2 or technicians and they redirect me to L1 for creating a ticket. Was this information helpful? |
