I am a gamer I am streaming the game on netplus WiFi, my game is not running. I have seen by using another WiFi like Jio, Airtel, the game is running on their wifi but the netplus server is very busy.

    Whenever I complaint in the customer service department, they tell issue an OTP and ask it to give it to the technician, but the technician never arrives this has happened to me 2-3 times They just don't seem to care why am I paying for the net and extra for a high-end modem if it just doesn't work and nor do they fix it my customer id is [protected].

          Password related Query

          I have called Netplus customer care four times to get my password, but I still haven't received it. During the calls, they have informed me that the password has been sent to my registered mobile number, but it has been a month, and I have not received an updated password yet....

          My ordeal began on October 27, 2023, when my NetPlus installation was completed after days of waiting and numerous calls. However, my excitement was short-lived as, at 10 pm on the same day, I encountered a site accessibility issue. I promptly registered a complaint (Ticket No: PR[protected]), only to have it closed the next day (October 28, 2023) without any resolution or communication regarding the status.

          Undeterred, I contacted NetPlus customer service again on October 29, 2023, and registered another complaint (Ticket No: PR[protected]) for the same issue. To my dismay, the ticket was closed the following day (October 30, 2023), once again without any resolution or communication.

          To exacerbate the situation, on November 1, 2023, my internet was inexplicably shut down during my working hours. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue with my cable operator, Anil Kumar, my internet remained inactive throughout the day. This not only disrupted my work at a tech company but also resulted in a loss of salary for the day. During my conversations with Anil Kumar, his responses were dismissive and unprofessional. When I sought assistance, he provided no satisfactory solution, leaving me without internet for an entire working day.

          Further compounding my dissatisfaction, on November 15, 2023, during a crucial cricket match, my internet experienced severe lagging issues. I promptly filed a complaint (Ticket No: PR[protected]), only to have it closed on November 18, 2023, without any resolution or communication.

          Despite narrating my entire ordeal to customer care and registering a new complaint (Ticket No: PR[protected]) on November 19, 2023, my issues persist. Even during the finale match on November 19, the internet continued to lag, and no resolution was provided.

          On November 19, when I sought assistance from my cable operator, I was met with dismissive and discourteous responses, escalating my frustration. During our conversation, he stated, "I am not your servant" and displayed unprofessional behavior.

          On November 20, 2023, I spoke with a senior representative in NetPlus, "S, "(whose full name eludes my memory at the moment.) who assured me that my issues would be resolved by evening. However, till evening, all my tickets were closed without any visit or communication from NetPlus. It is disheartening to note that my concerns about ticket closures without sharing OTPs have not been addressed, despite bringing it to the attention of customer care.

            Internet not working since two days, and no one is coming to fix it.

            I have registered a complaint as well in the company. They are saying since 2 days someone will come visit, but no one has visited. Extremely bad service. First they took 1 month to provide a new connection, that too after so many calls and writing an email.
            Now, internet stops working just after 2 days and no one is coming to fix it. I was thinking of getting their new connection also, but now it seems they have the worst service....

            Hello It's Taking Too Much Time For wifi Activation

              Internet is not working since 16 oct 2023 .tried to complaint on customer care several times. Each time reply is like area under maintenance or system under maintenance or it will be resolved in 4-6 hours. But still after 3 days internet is not working .Even after technician visit issue not resolved .Technician stop picking calls .worst customer care sevice

                I am continuously facing a problem with my connection i.e. red light start blinking on router and i use to complain on [protected] and every time i have been given assurance that problem will be resolved permanently but whenever your field staff rectify the issue it occured again after 2-3 days . you can check complaints registered in my account in last 15 days. For complaint lodged as on 1st Oct. 2023 i have not shared any OTP to field staff and today itself on complaining the same issue at your customer care i have been informed that last compalint has been closed, i am surprised what is the use of OTP . Now first of all resolve my complaint and waive off my rental charges for the number of days my connection get disturbed.

                  I was paid Rs 2945 to netplus broadband under billing id 3966911 on 22/9/2023 at about 6.30 PM but after lapse of 4 days, amount has not updated in my customer id.

                  I have also mailed to netplus customer care and ticket no.[protected] has been sent to me but no solution by netplus till today.

                  Please solve my issue.

                          Even after paying the bill they are saying it will take 12 hrs to activate it.

                          Airtel and Jio is much better they will active in just 5 mins.

                          Don’t take Netplus connection.
                          Even customer care person is pathetic, don’t know how to speak, he hang up the phone on my face.

                              New connection was made at 10am and payment of 1770rs was also done
                              I have talked to also service provider also
                              He told me that it will get activated within 2 hours
                              But now its been 6 hours and its not activated yet

                                  I was told that at the plan of ₹2355, I will get 30 mbps unlimited with validity of 5+1 months but after payment when i casully asked thae validity they totally refused and told that it extend only to 5 months. It is not good, they are making fool
