New connection was made at 10am and payment of 1770rs was also done
I have talked to also service provider also
He told me that it will get activated within 2 hours
But now its been 6 hours and its not activated yet
Service provider are also not giving any clearity regarding this...

I was told that at the plan of ₹2355, I will get 30 mbps unlimited with validity of 5+1 months but after payment when i casully asked thae validity they totally refused and told that it extend only to 5 months. It is not good, they are making fool...

I complaint today on netplus customer care email id. We are facing huge network issue . No senior contact number Or email id on netplus site or any other sources on google. We are facing huge network issue from since 4 to 5 months and sometimes again and again required password option and network shut down.
We are not satisfied with this network of Wi-Fi. Error occurs whenever we are watching something tv programs and starts buffering....

Internet speed is verry slow sudden start sudden stop issue in internet when we connect with WIFI speed is lower than local internet provider please resolved this issue as soon as possible...

We have broadband connection since 2021.
However every alternate month we getting issue in internet connection. When we try to reach out local team, either they not received our call or just reply that we will check. But they never take it as serious issue. They always took 2-4days to fix it.

From past 3 days our wifi show los signals and I already complained the local operator about it from last 3 days but he didn’t solve the issue then after I tried the consumer care of net plus then they didn’t even answer my question, they tell me now our technical system is updating please call back after, now please solve the issue of my wifi because both customer care and local operator are ignore our complains.
