Speed issue & after recharge wifi is still not working

Hi, I am facing connectivity & speed issue my netplus connection on daily basis.Today i called customer care regarding this issue but customer care executive prabhjot not solve my query.

Second issue - Today I recharged my net plus account at 4.40 pm & 472 rs amount deducted my account but till time my connections is not working. As per customer care my connections started by 7.30 pm but till time same issue....

Recharge done but account is still inactive

I have done a payment of Rs. 3535/- for CustomerID-[protected] through Netplus App. But, my account is still showing inactive and also I have not received any confirmation from Netplus for the payment. Please find below the transaction reference number. Money got successfully paid to them, but still they are saying that it has not reached them. Their customer service is pathetic too. They are not able to provide any resolution.

Internet not working please help me

I was many times complaint to the service provider but he never solves the problem, my problem my internet modem show the internet is working but the internet not working.

After registration from Netplus Broadband services no customer id or billing id is given by local cable operators (phone number - [protected]).Not Answering to phone calls moreover they are rejecting our calls . Therefore, internet connection get lost and automatically speed of internet gets slower ....

I m using broadband of netplus from last 1.5/2 yrs, no issues were created till the convergence if my connection to optical fibre.

I got Netplus Broadband installed at my office in Sector 82, JLPL, Mohali. Since day 1, the internet has not worked at all. It’s been 4+ days, and I’ve raised multiple complaints.

Complaint ID: TKT1483391
Technicians have visited more than 5 times — still no working internet. Their staff even said “file a case” instead of solving the issue.

Today again, they came to visit, but I denied entry as there is no accountability. Now they are asking for a cancelled cheque for refund, without even giving me any written confirmation or refund breakdown.

I have suffered a business loss of over ₹2, 00, 000 due to this negligence.

This is my final warning — I demand full refund and resolution immediately, else I will proceed with a formal consumer court complaint and media escalation.

        I'm Netplus wifi from a long time and from last 2 months. I'm continuously facing slowness issue. I had raised this query to my local operators but they are not trying to solve the problem.My wifi plan is of 100mbps but it is providing me maximum 20 mbps or less.

        I have called netplus customer care and they told me that it will be solved but after all it still not providing me my full speed.

        And i don't know if it is a technical problem or my modem's problem. So, I want to please send a techinican who can check both the techinical problem and my modems problem.

          I am not getting any replies over email and no solution from customer service over call even after multiple attempts both sides.

          Previously I had 400MBPS plan and I was getting around 350MBPS speed over Wi-Fi and Lan cable. I was okay with it.
          Now, I have upgraded my plan to 750MBPS, I am getting ~300-400 BMPS or less on Wi-Fi and ! 700MBPS on Lan cable which is how it should be on Wi-Fi. Even if I reduce 20% loss, it should give ~600MBPS. Wi-Fi speed is half of what is actual speed. I understand that there is a loss of speed on Wi-Fi by 20-25% but 50% loss is not acceptable.

          I had a chat with Customer care at L1 and L2 level multiple times, but all are making excuses.

          While taking this 750MBPS no one told me that speed will be half of what is I am paying for. Instead, L1 level person told me that speed would be around same as mentioned in the website i.e. 750MBPS. Now they are saying they can’t do anything. L1 team redirecting me to L2 or technicians and they redirect me to L1 for creating a ticket.

            I bought an Android set-top box from Net plus, and it initially worked without any issues. However, upon relocating to the same area, I encountered a problem as the set-top box got locked. To resolve this, I purchased a plan from Net plus to activate the account, but unfortunately, only the internet services were activated, leaving the TV Cable service unresolved. The setback escalated further as the set-top box was purposefully locked by Fastway from the back end, preventing us from using OTT apps. Despite numerous follow-ups and registered complaints, a satisfactory solution is yet to be provided. When I contacted customer care for assistance, I was advised to reach out to the local operator, Ram Murti, whose contact number is [protected]. Upon contacting Ram Murti, I was directed to visit the Fastway head office for assistance. The situation worsened when the local operator permanently locked my Android set-top box, even after I had paid in full for it. Hence, I earnestly request that a suitable solution be promptly provided, or alternatively, that the device be unlocked as per the purchase agreement. Should a satisfactory resolution remain elusive, I may have no option but to escalate this issue by filing a complaint with the consumer forum. Your immediate attention to this matter would be highly valued. I appreciate your swift help in resolving this predicament to my contentment. Thank you in advance.

              My concern is related to my internet connection for which I've raised multiple complaints to netplus but I've not got any resolution and the local operators are full of excuses, they do not receive the calls and if they receive they just lie about their visit and this scenario is happening from past 3 days. I am completely fed up with this service if you people can not help then do our refund

                This is in regard to ur internet service that my id is 3205640. My internet is not working from last 2 hrs and i am calling customer care on [protected] but they are not responding.. Call is getting disconnected.
                When my call got connected to your agent he said amritsar ki koi b complaint hum nahi lenge and disconnected my call.

                I[censored] r not providing service to customer then y u r taking bills from us?

                Is this the way to provide services? Neither u pick calls and nor provide proper service.

                Resolve the issue pertaining to my internet asap.

                  I am very dissatisfied over the persistent internet connection problems I've been facing for the past four days. Despite multiple attempts to contact your technical support and lodging complaints, the issue remains unresolved.

                  To my utter disbelief, upon contacting your customer service, I discovered that these complaints were marked as closed by the technician. I cannot comprehend how these complaints could have been closed without any resolution to the problem. For your reference, the complaint numbers are TKT447050, TKT445588, and TKT444850.

                  I would like to clarify that I have not shared any OTP with any technician, which leaves me questioning how your technical team works. They are closing tickets without even working on the issues. The technician is not even answering to my phone calls.

                  As a loyal customer for the past four years, I am disheartened by the lack o[censored]rgency and seriousness shown towards my issue. This experience forces me to question the value you place on customer loyalty.

                  I demand immediate action be taken to resolve this issue. Please treat this as a matter o[censored]rgency, as the unreliable internet connection is causing significant disruptions to my professional work life.

                    Nine days ago, I made a payment of INR 3535 for a combo plan. Payment was made to netplus. Wi-Fi was installed in next two days. Cable connection is still missing. I tried to call customer care and they tried to pass the buck to fastway, when I stressed upon the fact that payment was made to netplus not to fastway then they said it will be done in 24 hours, and these also have lapsed long back. Very sad state of affairs. Now I want to surrender the connection and want my money back
