I am sandeep singh mazroll, having net plus broadband subscriber from the last 3years. My customer id is [protected]. I have transferred the payment in my old billing account is[protected] on 14 april 2020 at 2050hrs. When our internet service has been stopped then i launch the complaint then they update me my new billing account is[protected] after that i make the payment in my new billing amount on 25 april 2020 at 1651hrs. So i am requesting you please activate my internet service also transfer the payment in our new billing account which i have already made the payment.
