Netxpress / Micronova Network Solutions — Advance taken and no response from company

I've given the advance for the 2mbps package (amount-2150 inr) and as per the company policy the installation should be done within 3days but till now it is more then one week there is no installation and no one is picking up my call for the same problem and also customer care service people are not responding to this problem.
