This is regarding the (Net express) internet connection. I have taken new net express broad band internet connection on 26/sept/2016. The day when i have taken the internet connection, internet is not working, no line in the coax led. I have informed the same to the customer care about the connection issue. They promise to fix the issue but still they did not fixed the issue. There technician called once but did not came to fix the issue. I have called many times to the customer care, all the time they promise to fix the issue but they did not fix the issue. I have also informed that if they are not capable to fix the issue then refund the amount and disconnect the connection. The register complain no:-tt45791.
