I have purchased a phone (ONE PLUS THREE) from Amazon and with the phone i have got a servify Insurance with accidental damage protection. and now they have rejected the claim. The reason for rejecting this claim is i have purchased this phone from my cousin brothers account. I have submitted all the required files they asked and their agents made me to pay an amount of Rs1000/- For processing fee. Its almost been 2 months.
