Sub.: regarding my claim issue against my vehicle (Hr77a5364) insurance policy no.[protected] from your company.

This has reference to the frequent telephonic conversations along with several emails from your end regarding no claim bonus (Ncb) against my current new india policy no.[protected] and claim denial (For rs 51292/-) by you as my vehicle no. Hr 77a - 5364 met with an accident on 05.03.2017. Till date, your executives {mr. Rajesh madan and d. M. (Mr i. C. Sirohi) from sirsa branch} were making false statements and were giving only baseless verbal assurities to me for payment against present claim. I am really shocked to go through your response against my ongoing claim amount of rs 51292/- for which you are now creating the issue of ncb of previous insurer.

Please be informed that while renewing my current vehicle policy no.[protected] from your company for present period of 08.11.2016 up to 07.11.2017, you have demanded previous vehicle policy no. [protected] document (From m/s sbi general insurance) from me for complete details. I have cleared my situation at the very intital stage of getting policy from your company that i am in this situation with my previoud insurrere and have not got any claim from them. Being a commom man i was not even aware if i was awarded ncb or not. It just came to me as a shock that even after getting insurance for my vehicle i am not entitled for any claim as there was blunder created by your representative while issuing policy to me. They did not clear the picture with previous insurer and issued the policy. Had they been informed me at the intial stage i might have though in different direction and would have made my mind accordingly.

Evenly i have informed you that i have taken no claim from my previous insurer (M/s sbi general insurance ltd.) against previous policy no.[protected] till date and already denied for it.in this regard, i have all requisite documents in support of my statement.
But surprised to see that while renewing my current vehicle policy no.[protected] from your company for present period of 08.11.2016 up to 07.11.2017, you have adjusted 20% ncb in my current policy after going through all my previous policy records. For this, no objection was there from my end although other insurance companies provides up to 50% ncb. But now at present, while raising a claim for rs 51292/-, now you are creating issue of previous sbi policy no. [protected]in”open state” so the current claim can’t be processed. But this is a baseless issue.

I have clearly informed you that i have taken no claim from my previous insurer and have proofs for it. If the previous policy (Sbi policy no. [protected]) is in ”open state” as informed by you then it’s not my fault. You should enquire from your end that why this previous policy in open state and must be confirmed while renewing the current policy for present period of 08.11.2016 up to 07.11.2017.
Moreover i am totally dissatisfied with your services. Your executives (Mr. Rajesh madan and d. M. (Mr i. C. Sirohi from sirsa branch) were making false statements and were giving only baseless verbal assurity to me for payment against present claim since april 2017. I am totally upset from your such type of response.

If you see my situation as of now, it is like i am without any insurance even after paying premium to you as you are not ready to consider any of my request regarding claim. I am not able to take out my vehicle for any ride as now i am aware that it is as good as not insured. Not sure why m. Sirohi mentioned ‘close relative’ in email reply. It gives a feeling that he is taking it personally and trying hard to deny this claim. Please suggest if that ‘close relative’ overlooked any rule while issuing insurance or is he on a post where he can influence any policy of company. It seems i am a victim of any internal clash of your organization.
I think there have been so much of to and fro emails and letters. Now may i request to please inform in black and white if you are clearly denying my claim or considering it for any payment.
If you see there has not been any fault from my end. I just paid premium and expected claim from you. But it is stuck in the technicalities of rules and regulations which you are using for denying my claim.
Kindly look in to the matter and close this out in an amicable way while keeping in view my situation.
